more than 700 bakery outlets. The goal of Baker’s Delight is to be the leading bakery in fresh
bread. The famous hot cross buns and the classic loaves of Baker’s Delight are the major
attraction of the company. Baker’s delight receives sponsorship from charity groups and
individuals from different countries. The company wants to satisfy and delight all their
stakeholders with its quality products. It also provides support to local communities and breast
cancer patients in Australia. Baker’s Delight must set up more retail stores and this will help the
company to improve its profitability and expand globally in other countries (Cuzovic et al. 2017)
Operation of Baker’s Delight
The operation of Baker’s delight involves several stages and phases. Several machinery
and tools are involved in mixing, baking and shaping of the dough and thus producing the final
product. The dough must be mixed in correct proportion and this will help in maintaining the

Youtube, LinkedIn and Instagram for advertising and thus it will help in expansion of its
customer base. The photos and videos of different preparations from their bakery which they
post in Face book attract the customers. Moreover, the customers also give their valuable
suggestions and feedbacks of their product quality and service. This helps Baker’s Delight to
expand their business in other countries. Moreover, people become aware of their new products
and thus they visit their bricks and mortar store and try their new products. The distribution
channel of Bakers delight is good and the customers are satisfied by their services. The company
uses both online and offline modes to deliver the products to the customers. The customers can
get the products delivered within an hour if the product available rather than visiting the physical
stores.

Thus, it is important and vital that Baker’s Delight must find out more innovative ways to
attract customers. Baker’s Delight serves more than two million customers everyday in different
parts of Australia, Canada and New Zealand. As the bakery industry is expanding and
