The business organisation is defined as place where the new product and service are
prepared to launched. The human resource team have ability to recruit new employee on
business role and responsibilities. And it will be managed and fulfilled by employee in respect
with organisation growth. In bakery business, produce and sell baked products like bread,
cookies, cakes, pastries etc. In given context, Martin and Emelia open a bakery in central London
(Bogers and et. al., 2016). Their bakery has a shop and cafe attachment in a small factory to
make bread and cake. Martin want to top seller in bread making and Emelia want to add pastries
and cupcake. After adding new products, their demand increase and now they need extra human
resources and a pension scheme. Martin and Emelia start online marketing through social media
platform to grow their business. In given context bakery is small enterprise and according to this
following ideas must use to improve the bakery's business performance always make good
quality products, regularly communicate with customers and know what they want, provide good
services, hire people who make good impact on customer. By this way, people come again and
again even price is high. During festival season also provide your services and it help to increase
your profit and expose your brand. Social media platform help to promote your bakery business.
By using social media Martin and Emelia able to tell their followers about events and new
promotion and advertise their new products.

Human resource management help to better organise a small industry. In this case, their
industry is small industry. Human resource management take following steps to organise a small
industry requirement, training and development, using marketing and social media. In
recruitment process, at first need to planning, selecting and hiring employees according to
profile. At first make pre- plan strategy (de Waal and Heijtel 2017). In pre planning, mention
skills need in bakery business, person behaviours need for bakery business, now give advertise to
find right person.

In recruitment strategy, identify the vacancy, fix money to cost to hire a new employee
like advertising, recruiting, interviewing and training. Make a job description, this help to

experience, clear all rules must be follow during job and protect from legal issues. While the
recruiting new employee the mind set is totally depend on the modulation, like how employee
deal with current situation and how they willing accept the role and responsibilities of
organisation (Ganguly and et. al., 2019). Recruiter must clear the organisation goals and
objective during the hiring process and know form the employee side, how they achieve aim of
organisation in short duration.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTS
In Training and Development, need to provide customer service training. This involve
teaching skills and provide better services to customers like satisfied customer during their
interaction because if customer is happy he helps to promote business due to good services, give
training to work together, also hire for customer services. During hiring customer services look
following skills emotional intelligence able to listen and solve their problems, good
communication skill, passion is a fundamental part to delights customer and make better
relationship between company and customer , also provide phone training to communicate with
customer like positive tone during calls, speak clearly, ask direct question to help customers,
active listener, show empathy. In the recent time, training is very important for the employee for
the dealing with customer that help to built the customer relationship in such a way to influence
customer for visit again. Training help employee to start with greeting and welcomed in a such
way to meet the customer expectation and want at time of service delivery.
MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Marketing and social media help to grow business (Gune and et. al., 2017). Which help
the organisation to connect with customers directly. Some social media platform like Instagram,
face book help to provide information like opening hours, address,messaging, book now option
upload menu, reviews. Google my business useful during social media marketing . This help to
mark business on Googles Maps, photographs through GPS information . Take help of Instagram
and Pinterest to showcase bakery products. Make a strategy for social media posting related to
bakery, always choose a good image for social media. Social media marketing help the
organisation to promote the product and service to customer. The maximum of people spend
their time in social media so it is easy platform for organisation to reach up to the customer in
short way of time. The promotion is easy and its about no cost of advertisement, in initial stage

The product portfolio management defined as the combination of product and services
which is usually drive by organisation for the target marketplace. It consist of all the set of
activities towards the product that were going ton launched and promote during the vision of
brand (Hoffmann and et. al., 2016). Product portfolio obtained all product which is synthesis
from any organisation, it consist various categories of product with various outlines and the
particular product itself. It also provide opportunities for manager for improved source and their
allocation, greater ROI, growth and profit opportunities and ability risk in order to achieve the
goals and their outcomes. In the context with bakery industry, it help to improve the competition
positioning and also help in the maximize product investment, identifying the strong and weak
product to clarify the allocation, also ensure that product investment are should be in align by
Martin and Emelia and get a goals for the business objectives. Emelia must focus with employee
to product. To enhance the bitterness is organisation their is good communication and
collaboration between employee and Martin and Emelia for effective and profit for organisation.
SECTION 4
PAYROLL:
payroll is defined as the compensation in business in which the organisation must pay to
its employee after a time period or an appropriate date. It is usually managed by the human
resource management departments of a business (Johansson, M. and Ringblom, L., 2017). In the
case of selected firm this is managed by Emelia which help to employee for a motivation and
loyal towards work and organisation.
PENSION:
Pension is money or fund which is in addition during when a employee employment
years and from which payments are drawn to support the person to retirement form the work in
periodic payments (Klammer and et. al., 2019). It help the employee for working in organisation
for a long time and after retirement it will provide the benefit to employee from the organisation
as a loyal perspective of view. In the context with Emelia, its help to employee loyal and stay on
organisation for long time.

As per the above case study, Martin and Emelia established a new firm which is based on
the bakery, they start with the small factory with making of cake and biscuits which is firmly
change into big business firm, they adopt many of strategies and plan to just make up the
organisation, the organisation must do hand made cookies which is create the taste and also
trained the employee with communication skill. Development of employee with program is very
necessary for customer interaction and service which help to grow the organisation. Employee
pension and payroll is necessary for security. Which help him to stay for long in organisation.
So, overall the martin and Emelia taken right approach to run their businesses.
