rewarded by the government.
Reflections on the Baldridge process
According to me government backed organizational frameworks often become
effective platforms for organizational progress that can go hand in hand with the economic
development of a country. I strongly believe that the effectiveness of an organization depends
greatly on the quality oriented functions of the particular organization. Quality is an
important parameter to evaluate and assess properly the organizational effectiveness of any
business (Bailey, 2015). The maintenance of quality is not only important towards providing
the best possible services to the customers but it is far more important in terms of maintaining
strong levels of organizational standards. Hence, the aspects of organizational performance
identified through the Baldrige process are focused primarily towards developing the quality
factors of organizations (Rusev & Salonitis, 2016). The core values of the Baldrige process
are based on identified factors that can lead organizations towards performance excellence.

strive towards becoming an optimally performing organization. Quality is an aspect that can
be effectively approached through the development of an analytical mind in the personal
