Introduction
The project development is the major process that every organization needs for
implementing the new project. The report will discuss the Bandcamp online music company
that offers the platform to those who love music and the artists who sing it or plays it. The
company earns a great profit of approximately $100 million by selling the artists albums on
the application and by giving the members subscription on periodic based. The artists on the
platform can sell their music albums on the price they wish too in any currency as well. The
Bandcamp wants to gain the top position in the market for selling the music and this could
be possible if the Bandcamp upgrades their application by adding new features to satisfy the
customers. Different projects will be identified in this report for Bandcamp where he can
improve. After the project determination based on different selection factors, the

Bandcamp is the music company that is a web-based website established in 2008 by the odd
post who is the co-founder of Ethan diamond and his 3 more partners. The Bandcamp
headquarters is located in California. The Bandcamp is the music community that operates
globally that discovers music and support artist directly. On the Bandcamp website, artists
can easily upload their video and can label it and have authority to control the selling
procedure by entering the price on which they want to sell. The user can easily download
the music or can stream their purchased music on the website.
The Bandcamp has several artists like Amanda Palmer and the developers of many songs
like Sanctum, Bastion, to the moon, Minecraft, fez and more. The company status has been
increased from the year 2010 after the Amanda Palmer has started selling the albums on the
website. Its popularity has increased more in the year 2011. The artists associated with the
Bandcamp are Palberta, Martyn, Fluff, Moonshine brand, and thousands of artists
(Bandcamp, 2007).

It allows the different artist to upload their albums on the application and can sell the

facility to the customers. So the discussion was done on this by the management person and
decided to provide this feature to the individuals who purchase the subscription on
Bandcamp and enjoy different artist’s music online. This similarly will offer the downloading
services for offline streaming of the music show to the subscribed customers. This
characteristic will enhance their performance and also improve the Bandcamp growth by
earning more profit (Dhir, Kumar, and Singh, 2018).

 The audio and videos downloaded may be heard together with different persons.
 It offers the facility of music that could be stream from any location.
