Bandcamp Project: Design and Implementation of New Streaming Features

This project focuses on the design and implementation of new features for the Bandcamp music and video streaming application, with the aim of enhancing user experience and increasing popularity. The core of the project involves adding country-specific services, enabling users to select languages of their choice and providing region-specific music recommendations. The project outlines the formulation of project specifications, identifies factors contributing to project selection (including user feedback and cost analysis), and produces a detailed project plan using tools like Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt charts. The implementation phase matches resources efficiently, follows agreed specifications, and analyzes project outcomes using periodic log books. Evaluation techniques such as PERT or CPM are employed to assess the project's success, interpret results against original specifications, and recommend areas for future improvement. Finally, the project outcomes are presented with a record of all stages of project procedures and development.
