Introduction
The report is regarding the company, Bandcamp which specializes in creating a platform, both
effective and user-interactive for the music lovers and enthusiasts of various genres. An
application has been created that contains every type of music and the users can access them
online. The users can also access live streaming music. This company was founded in 2002,
after the Apple iPod came into the market so that it can compete with the iTunes. In the
beginning of the financial year, the company received very less profit. Gradually, the company
took pace and was able to gather more promoters. This led to increase in the client base in Asia
and Europe. The profit of the company can be figured out through the survey which was
conducted. This shows that the profit of the company crossed $250 million in the financial year.
It is one of the most widely used and most known music and entertainment company. In order
to help them with their products so that they could achieve the status of delivering best
services in this industry. The report will discuss the extensive social media integration into the
Bandcamp organization and what benefits will it provide to the organization.

Bandcamp company needs to enhance the product quality by increasing the performance by
enhancing the quality of the product and debugging the bugs as well in the previous version.
This organization wants to gain control over the market to get much more clientele. For this the
organization needs to use various different kinds of methodology for the overall enhancement
of the product being created. For the better performance and profit gain the company should
focus on two services for the integration within the current products Extensive Social Media
integration and Personalised Web-Radio Stations.
Project Title: Extensive Social Media Integration System
Definition: Previously the Bandcamp only allows users to login or register in traditional method.
So, as an extension this System is going to integrate various Social Media within the product of
Bandcamp and it is going to increase the number of users. Various Social Media that could be
used are Twitter, Facebook, and Google. The customers could use any social media account in
order to connect with the services of the Bandcamp. Using the Social Media account, the
company could know the preferences of the users and using that all the users could get
personalised feeds.
Objective: The main objective of Integrating the Social Media within are:
1. To provide more ways to register users
2. Give Users Personalised feeds
3. Get much more user
4. It gives ease to manage the accounts
5. The reports generation could be much better and the analytics could be performed over

1. Risk involved due to the Human error

unsatisfied and could stop using the product.

Associated Risks: There are various different risks associated with the selection of Extensive
Social Media Integration over the products of the Bandcamp. Those risks could cause damage
to the organization and diminish the image in front of various users. The associated risks could
also decrease the performance of the product and can generate the loss for the organization.
To make sure that the risks does not affect the organization there should be a proper Risk
Management for mitigating the Risks associated with the over step. Further, in the preliminary
stage the goal of the project is not clear properly so it is needed that the preliminary analysis
must be done up to the point so that could enhance the project for the analysis (Nagendra and
