Introduction
Present report is going to be about Service User Involvement for Bangladeshi gypsies and
travellers that are dealing with mental health issues. Along with this, assignment will also show
benefits and challenges for Bangladeshi gypsies and travellers within Mid Staffordshire (a
hospital of NHS), England.
Background to Service User Involvement
Service user involvement can be defined as a process that can be used by which people
that took into consideration of service recently or have used a service become involved in the
development, planning and delivery of a particular service (McFadden and et. al., 2018). It is
important because, involvement of service users could help service providers in understanding
the planning process of what particular service is required to be given based on the requirements.
Through this, service quality can effectively be improvised considering Arnstein & consumerism
