in the technological aspects as well as in the communication and Information Technology.
The healthcare organization in discussion, Banner, had also underwent changes and
introduced effective services of the emergency and outpatients, where it was made possible to

availability of sufficient resources. Banner healthcare systems have proven to have sufficient
resources, which is capable of mobilizing the same and came up with the resources in order
to meet demands and needs of the patients in the future (Hunsaker et al., 2015). The
organization has been reported to be largest employer of talented people who would be able
to cope up with the changing patterns of the requirements and demand of the patients and the
community it deserves to serve. It is expected that the organization will continue to cater to
the diverse needs and services of the patients in areas of its function with their vast allocation
of natural as well as human resources in the near future. It is noteworthy to state that Banner
healthcare services have been able to effectively manage its supply chain, reducing the
operational cost, focusing more on the important areas by strengthening the delivery of the
healthcare services.
The fast and effective growth in the network system of the organization, effective
staffing of human power such as the nurses and other medical experts, excelling in terms of
managing the resources and the capability to satisfy the diverse demands and requirements of
the patients involves the strategic plan of Banner healthcare (Smart et al., 2014) Presently,
the organization has been in operation in six different states of the United States of America
and has decided to enter into partnership with other healthcare organizations in order to
continue to render its services to all the people of the country as it is not possible for Banner
to expand in all the states of the country. The major areas that have been expanded by the
organization ids in the field of medical expertise and have employed and have been reported
to staff experts in the medical fields in different departments of hospitals and emergency care
having different expertise and have also ensured to continue the recruitment process in the
future.
Nurses play a vital role in every healthcare setting. Keeping this in mind, Banner

and development of competent teams by regular support of trainings. They have reported to
staff nurses, both fresher and the experienced candidates, through on-campus recruitment in
the best institution of the nurses. Satisfaction of the patients is the most important aspect of
any healthcare setting. Banner has also earned a good reputation by providing effective
services as per the demands and requirements of the patients. It is obvious that the
organization will be continuing to serve the patients in the best way possible and would also
bring about changes and improvements as and when required in order to serve the people. It
would be responsible in providing the best and the most reliable healthcare services to the
common citizens of the nation.
Effective management of resources is another great way of success that an
organization can achieve. The human resources, the nurses, doctors and other experts have
been provided with proper training and other facilities such as education so that they can be
developed into more reliable and competent teams of practioners. The technological
resources have been implemented effectively and it can be expected that these resources are
capable of taking care of these aspects even in the future (Michael et al., 2013)
The case study of the Singapore Airlines has pictures the areas of effectiveness and
ineffectiveness of the organization (Johnson, 2014). It can be seen that the organization has
not been able to satisfy their customers effectively with the new changes and innovations
introduced within the organization such as the inclusion of slot machine on transatlantic
flights. The organization has been found to be irresponsive to the changes that have caused
dissatisfaction among the passengers. There are many complaints filed against it and they did
not respond to it or have changed the staffs. There are many areas that the organization needs
to look after and bring about changes that are effective enough to handle the needs of the
customers. On the other hand, Banner healthcare was able to adopt the changes more skilfully
and with effective readiness (Gander et al., 2015)
