Introduction
 Talent management is the process of retaining employees for long time in the company.
the company which is taken in this report is Barclays. They are effectively using talent
management strategies in the working environment in order to retain employees and
enhance their performance.

Project Aim and Objectives
 Aim: “To analyse the importance of various talent management strategies, do the best companies to attract and
retain employees of long run.” A case study on Barclays.
 Objectives:
 To analyse the various importance of talent management strategies used in the organisation to retain their
employees for long time in the organisation.
 To determine various talent management strategies used in Barclays for enhancing performance of employees in
the company.
 To examine the recommendation made at the time of implementing organisation talent management strategies.

project. It helps in developing proper management in the business so that assign task can be performed properly.
