Introduction
The objective of the project research is to make the brand new summer shoes that are
to be present at the London fashion week that is held from the 16 th to 20th February
2019. Therefore, the report contains the planning, development, and testing before it is
present at the London fashion week. The report provides a complete scenario for
market summer shoes for improving project productivity. The aim of the research is for
creating the new strategies which compete with other market brands which help the
project design manager in managing the barker shoes design and launch. All
circumstances of the barker shoes are followed by project design manager. The quality
is also been tested whether it is good or bad. The decision is also made for launching
the shoes in the market. Further, for launching the barker shoes at the London fashion
week new design has to be created and tested so that the barker product must be
completed under the estimated time. Therefore, in the design or manufacturing of
Barker shoes the design is checked by the product design manager. So, new market
strategies have been developed.

Aim and Objective: The British fashion council is organizing the London fashion week
for two times in a year in which the motto of product designing manager is to increase
the quality and looking of the Barker shoes. The design and looking of the Barker shoes
are represented in London fashion week. The primary focus of product stylist is
manufacturing the Barker shoe of low cost with high quality that results in improving
sales and products of the company. The product design engineer discusses with the
colleagues regarding design or shape or working of engineers that are manufacturing
Barker shoes. #-models are used in the opposite of staff and engineers that showcase
their ideas for making the shoes. The work is completed under the estimated deadline
so, in London, fashion week shoes are represented (Barker Shoes Europe, 2019).
The primary objective of the design manager has to create the shoes with new color
and shape of the Barker shoes. The different methods are understood on several
production methods that have good skills of practical, scientific and technical skills
regarding the launch or creation of Barker shoes. The likes or dislikes of people are
understood that helps in identifying the market trends of Barker shoes to get selected in
