Introduction
The objective of the project research is to make the brand new summer shoes that are
to be present at the London fashion week that is held from the 16 th to 20th February
2019. Therefore, the report contains the planning, development, and testing before it is
present at the London fashion week. The report provides a complete scenario for
market summer shoes for improving project productivity. The aim of the research is for
creating the new strategies which compete with other market brands which help the
project design manager in managing the barker shoes design and launch. All
circumstances of the barker shoes are followed by project design manager. The quality
is also been tested whether it is good or bad. The decision is also made for launching
the shoes in the market. Further, for launching the barker shoes at the London fashion
week new design has to be created and tested so that the barker product must be
completed under the estimated time. Therefore, in the design or manufacturing of
Barker shoes the design is checked by the product design manager. So, new market
strategies have been developed.

Aim and Objective: The British fashion council is organizing the London fashion week
for two times in a year in which the motto of product designing manager is to increase
the quality and looking of the Barker shoes. The design and looking of the Barker shoes
are represented in London fashion week. The primary focus of product stylist is
manufacturing the Barker shoe of low cost with high quality that results in improving
sales and products of the company. The product design engineer discusses with the
colleagues regarding design or shape or working of engineers that are manufacturing
Barker shoes. #-models are used in the opposite of staff and engineers that showcase
their ideas for making the shoes. The work is completed under the estimated deadline
so, in London, fashion week shoes are represented (Barker Shoes Europe, 2019).
The primary objective of the design manager has to create the shoes with new color
and shape of the Barker shoes. The different methods are understood on several
production methods that have good skills of practical, scientific and technical skills
regarding the launch or creation of Barker shoes. The likes or dislikes of people are
understood that helps in identifying the market trends of Barker shoes to get selected in
London fashion week.

Planning is defined as the natural procedure which helps in managing the project. In the
launch program of Barker shoes, some aspects are managed such as quality, cost,
time, etc. (Kerzner, 2019).

Cost:
For attracting the buyer cost is to be fewer as compared to other market brands.
Therefore, the cost should be taken low by focusing all the perspective so, the buyers
are attracted more. For example, the product design engineer has decided the design of
Barker shoes in which the cost plan is designed by the design manager that is to be
related to the complete Barker shoes manufacturing process (Gunduz and Yahya,
2018).
Time:
For managing the time of the project plan, it is also one of the important features that
help in making the project under the estimated time and makes the project plan efficient.
The product manager has to make the proper plan of each time frame of every task
from planning to manufacturing if the Barker shoes. This helps in identifying the areas at
which extra time is taken by the appropriate task (McGivern, et. al., 2018).

Communication:

The resources are the key attribute of the project plan process that ensures that if the

Work breakdown structure: WBS is defined as the process in which the deliverables
of the project is divided into small components that help in manufacturing the barker

On the basis of the project plan, one of the most important aspects is the project
schedule in the manufacturing of Barker shoes that mainly focus on the milestone
schedule. On the basis of the scheduling process the project design manager that has
to be complete the project under the estimated deadline with low cost and also use the
resources efficiently. In the milestone scheduling process, all the steps or activities
required in the project are implementing. The progress can be checked anytime by
checking the milestone schedule of the barker shoes (Sanghera, 2019).

adopted by the product design manager which helps in meeting the expectation of the
project. For doing this the project plan should be analyzed or reviewed (Berger, 2019).
For meeting the goals and objective of the Barker shoes the responsibility of product
design manager is to use the qualitative approach and quantitative approach in the
design selection and in the manufacturing process. The market requirements, trends,
and needs are analyzed for manufacturing the barker summer shoes. The qualitative
method and quantitative methods are discussed below that are used for the fulfillment of
project objective are:
Quantitative method: The method is used for analyzing the collected data of survey
which is done by mathematical, computational and statistical techniques. The results
are changes by using computational techniques.
Qualitative methods: This method uses the detailed interview, document review which
helps the manufacturing efficiency of Barker shoes. For manufacturing, Barker
