strategy refers to the best plan being selected from several plans with a motive to attain

of common regulations and rules that forms the basis of appropriate workings in an
operational firm. The strategy includes various plans adopted to succeed in long term

effective measures are being taken in regards to deriving positive outcomes in a
society.
Aims of Barnardo's
The aim of Barnardo's includes; To help UK's most vulnerable and
disadvantaged children. The charitable industry works with young and enthusiastic
individuals who are willing to give their best in terms of social care and welfare. The
given firm commits to try hard working with prospective of building strong families,
positive futures and safer childhood. Barnardo's aims at deriving a society in which a

be facilitated.

"100% of respondents had received referrals from young carers under the age of
8" and "100% of the respondents said that young carers experience difficulties
balancing their caring and school work." (James, 2017).

Conclusion
From the analysis of the given report document, it can be concluded that by
adopting strict legislation policy and strategies basis of development of a social
organisation in a region can be achieved. In inclusive of the presented report document,
it can be said that there were several approaches adopted by a chosen voluntary
organisation to cope with the issues or challenges in respect to the social firm is
operating in an operational region. Furthermore, by discussing key objectives
highlighted in the said policy document, it can be said that taking a positive approach
towards such issue enables better social interactions. Lastly, interpretation of the
