In the current era, it is mandatory for the

Introduction
Literature Review
Methodology
FindingsAccording to Small (2014.) the black ethnic
background people suffered from the
different issues as it could be associated with
the migration history, experiences, cultural
and health beliefs. It is stated that majorly
four concepts have been considered by the
individuals named as migration history,
experiences, cultural and health beliefs.
In support of this, Greenwood et al. (2015)
examined that black ethnic group could be
influenced by an individual who could feel
bad if they received negative perception
from others. It is also stated that sports
department should use certain tools and
techniques and improve the inferiority issues
and to make people aware about how they
must treat those individuals.

be concluded that each individual has made his
different perception towards the block ethnic
group people that is very challenging for a
sports person to perform well in the sports acts.
It can also be said that the sports department
has also given less value to the people who
belong to the black ethnic group that is a
challenge for the people falls this group.
This study will use mixed research method s as it considers
both qualitative and quantitative methods.
This mixed research method will be effective for collecting
the conceptual and theoretical information about the
research matter.
It could consider certain sources named as books, online
and offline sources, journals, and articles.
It will lead to obtaining the reliable information regarding
the research matter.
This study will consider the probability sampling tool be
practiced to collect the data and make decision effectively.
This study will be conducted on 20 black ethnic
backgrounds of people.
This study will consider quantitative data analysis tool to
evaluate the data by considering the statistical method
