Section Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
The main reason for choosing talent management strategies within an organisation, is that it is
one of the most important aspect to work and manage the activities to align and complete the
major growth sector for adverting and appropriate major changes. This could be related to
provide effective support and measurement to work and make effective outcome with the help
of solving major changes and growth (Hossain and Khatun, 2021). Talent management is
basically related to work and make major changes to analyse and provide effective solution for
the growth and knowledge to changing employee that must be related to provide different
employees growth and possible outcome. Next Plc is the UK based company which are deal in
the fashion industry and provide efficient retail and daily based products. But due to working on
daily operational activities and economic changes major growth and need are related to work
and make major changes to work different sector and managing activities.

To analyse the role of strategic approaches in order to implement talent management strategies
within the company
As per the Pham, (2021); role of strategic information ate used and make different approaches
for analysing and make effective talent management which are related to effective strategies
and make effective source of data collection. It could be relate to provide some major role and
appropriate strategies which make the successful talent management programme and work as
per the growth to provide relevant changes. The use of talent management programme are
helpful for managing and controlling the measure for addressing effective change in the
management growth to company.
To determine major challenges face by Next Plc to apply different range of economic and
operational pressures
According to the view point of Polly and et.al., (2021), the company are working and making
major challenges which are faced by the company due to effective range of economic and
operational pressure. Due to the daily based activities, some major changes and growth are
related to provide some effective changes and provide effective sources which are essential
and helpful for addressing and managing sources to provide different challenges. There are
different activities and challenges which are face by Next Plc which make sure for addressing
and working as per the economic and operational cost to the economic pressure of the

As per the view point of Salmenperä and et.al., (2021); The company are work and manage
different strategies to analyse and work for managing and working different companies to
overcome the challenge. It could be related to effective growth and right approaches which are
related to provide different concept and growth to overcome the barriers which are face to
manage different concepts.

Section Five: Research approach and methodologies
Research philosophies: This is related to first layer of the research methodology which are
helpful for analysing and working with different concepts and growth. It must be related to work
and make management which are helpful for addressing and working majorly. There are mainly
two type of philosophies are analyse, positivism and interpretation philosophies. Here, the
researcher used positivism approaches as it will be related to effective and positive outcome
and work as per the management process of the company.
Research approaches: This will be related to work and make two type of approaches,
deductive and inductive approaches. Here, with the help of positivism approach researcher
used deductive approach. This approach is helpful and effective for the growth and
measurement to work and make management for growth and effective analyse (Sharma and
Joshi, 2021).
Research methods: There are two different methods, which are related to different research

qualitative method. It could be related to work style and make edfec6ive growth to the company
and researcher. Here, quantitative approach is used and analyse which are related to effective
growth and management analyse with numerical data and provide relevant and effective

Research analysis: This is the method to work and make effective growth for analysing the
research methodology and provide different sector. This would be related to make management
and approaches effective growth to analyse different approaches. Which are essential to
manage sufficient sources and being applicable for the society growth and achievement.
Research tools: There are different tools which are helpful for managing and growing concern
which are related to primary and secondary data tools which must be effective and appropriate
for the accomplish society. There are different opportunities to make more sufficient tool.
Questionnaire and online sources are used to collect primary and secondary source of data.
Sampling: This is the method which are based on the probability method and it could be helpful
for growing and analysing the sampling data collection which are related to effective and
essential source of method. This is the way which are related to work and make appropriate
sampling way for growing and managing the data to provide different sources (Smith and et.al.,
2021). Online survey is conducted and the number of population is 30. Which are selected as
per the employees of the next plc.
Research ethical: This is related to the completed by all researcher as those are helpful for
pertaining and managing the data for collecting effective sources in a more effective and
authorised sources. Further, the change in consent form, ethical form, information about privacy
and security are related to appropriate changes and growth. All of these are related to work and
manage the essential data source and make more effective and appropriate changes within the
