I am person who like to learn new things. I choose to continue my
education because know that it can provide me enough knowledge
to reach all my goals. Also, it will provide me the skills that I need to
become accountant or business manager one day I wish.

I have no that much experience in this field. But I have done an
internship which is very helpful for me. I get experiences of working in
an operation field and also by this I improve my communication skills.
This provides me in better communication with the other person in
front of me. I also experienced leadership style of managing people at
my company and build an environment of trust and wellbeing. By
having this experience, I can able to easily work on my HR studies. My
career interest is in management field and that is why I am applying for
the course of human resources management. This course will help me
in understanding knowledge more about human resource department
and their function performed in any university. So that I can effectively
work in any company and perform my functions in a better way.
My skills that I have for this course is that I have very good
communication skills. This helps me in making effective conversion
with other people. Then my analytical skills are also good. This skill
helps me in identifying solution for any problems at any situation. I
can able to grab and learn easily. This helps me in learning my notes
and books easily and grabbing things more flexible.
My personal values are that I am very honest and punctual of time. I
believe in being honest with every person because this helps in
creating good image in front of everyone. Also I am very creative in
my career. This will help me in my future I become human resource
manager. Because of human resource manager is to make innovation
in the organisation.
My general inters is in writing and learning languages. Bath spa
university will provide me in learning various languages which will
help me in my future course. All by learning various languages I can
able to communicate with many people of other countries effectively.
By writing I can able to write novels and publish scientific papers.
