scenario, undertaken organisation for this report is BBC known as British Broadcasting
Corporation. It a a British public services broadcaster and having headquarters is in London, UK.

report are culture, power and politics of entities and its influences, motivational techniques as
well as theories that enable efficacious attainment of firm's objectives. Moreover, an

Project Team- It is defined as team which has developed with motive of completing
given project in stipulated time period. BBC is large organisation which come across with

work, each stages has to be evaluated in best manner.
Virtual Team- It is the collection of individuals who belongs to different locations by

and control by their leaders in order to perform work in an effective and efficient manner.
Work Group- Whenever team is not supportive then leaders of BBC should be

Leadership Behaviour or Style-The behaviour of leadership is based on two factors
such as consideration and initiating structure . In case of consideration, they have to maintain
relationship behaviours like trust and respect and initiating structure includes task behaviours
which is possible through organising, seeing and scheduling work to be completed. Similarly,
leadership style are categorised into four aspects such as: Directive- In this style, leader of BBC informs their followers to follow them regarding
how to perform task, what to do, coordinating them. This is effective when employees are
unaware about their tasks to be performed. Supportive- In this leadership style, leader of respective organisation make pleasant work
environment for their employees being approachable and friendly. Participative- The leader of BBC wants their employees to participate in each and every
work assigned to them in best manner (Wong, Mahmud and Omar, 2015). This is
effective when subordinates involves and trained in their work.
Achievement- In this leadership style, leader set challenging work for their followers in
order to build their confidence, ability and so on.
