world. In this report formative discussion has been made upon suitable management model for
respective organisation alone with its justification (Owoyemi and Ekwoaba, 2014). In addition to
this report also include suitable organisational culture that ensure strong performance for
respective company, as it has been identified that organisational structure provide a systematic
outline through which entity can conduct their different type of activities with a formative
direction through which they can effectively fulfil their goals, responsibility, roles in a stimulated
manner. Along with this organisational structure ensure smooth flow of information between
different levels of entity.
