In this documentation, this assignment defines about the importance of organisation
behaviour in BBC company effectively. There are number of organisational functions are
presented here, which is making great impact on the performances of the business in particular
ways. Varied of factors such as culture, political and power of the company many affects the
organisational performance in the industry effectively. Moreover, this investigation defines about
various types of motivational techniques and theories which might assist team member in the
company in order to completion of each work with perfection effectively. Some motivational
theories such as, Maslow needs Hierarchy theory, intrinsic and extrinsic motivational techniques
for making motivate employees of the company effectively. Furthermore, this study also refer to
importance of various types of team in the company such as functional team, virtual team,
problem solving team etc. which could be formulated in the company for different-different
purpose. Beside from it, this study also describe about organisational concept and theory by
which BBC organisation could make improvement in some of its performance in the company
efficiently.
