possible by creating the condition of globalization infrastructure forms social and culture
relation with others in a new form. While the strategies which are followed by BBC by crossing
the international borders in broadcasting, vertical integration by working with news agency to
broadcast service provider, while horizontal integration by promoting on various marketing
channels social media, communicating with customer. BBC also used to the strategy of
commercialization from public service to commercial channels like euro-news (Serwornoo,
2019). Also, providing all type of news include business, travel, entertainment to interest
information service. BBC should be taken as the major decision related to making the strategy
related to rationalization which include different content, languages of communicating, making
alliance with local channels and broadcasting groups to increase their market, more into religion
approach should be increased by the BBC. Service providing by them through various online
channels which can be operated from anywhere. While the BBC have strategic their decisions
which by providing service to every country and spread across the globe. They create the proper
channels and head offices in every country and connected to local providers for the better
connection in countries. BBC have focused on some major issues and corporate between the
business news and environmental news and international channels like National Geographic and

business news channel. BBC have come up with live broadcasting, syncing with two newsrooms
at the same time, decision-making and production cycle and online availability of news have
been increased. They created local, national and international newsroom and audience access
with geographical level. However, the benefits of globalization to every industry which increase
the effective decision-making and leadership. Customers have easy access to information and
services offered globally. This help the company to know the need and wants of their customer.
Making an international decision is not easy for any company, this can be interrupted with
political and other factors and the company handle this factor by risk management principles.
Globalization also increase the riskiness decision of company and face intense competition from
global organizations in same industry and focused on diversify the operation market across the
