Employees performance play a most important role to manage the growth and
profitability is to be increase over the period. In this context, performance appraisal play a most
important part for manage and success of employees relationship. It must be improve current as
well as future performance. There are following barriers of effective performance discuss:
Organizational culture is important role playing in the BBC organization which helps for
managing the business operations and functions but sometimes, there are common effective
challenges occurred in the performance of BBC. Some employee create negative working
environment which is not good for business development process. It also creates many obstacles
in the enterprises operations and functions. Internal politics should harm the entire behavior of
employee and performance. Communication is common barrier in effective performance because
employees are communicated with another people (Suseno, Salim and Setiadi, 2017). In this
way, it will increase the communication gap and cannot build an effective team. For growth and
development, BBC is required for creating an effective team and they are working together to
achieve their goals and objectives. This barrier will damage the structure and performance of
BBC. It is required for this firm to maintain the feedback structure. At every stage to take
feedback towards the customer and viewers. Lack of trust directly impact on the business process
because it damages the entire structure and functionality of organization. BBC requires building
trust towards their employee. They also providing the best services to their employee. This is
major barrier in the effective performance of BBC. It is directly impact on their business process.
