In every company organisational behaviour play very important role in success and frailer
of business. It is study of individual behaviour within the organisation as company is not know
for their structure and building it is known for their good working facilities, positive environment
and human resource (Adeniji, 2011). The organisation is not able to work effectively without
arrange activities in right form. It is fundamental technique through which company find its
impact of culture over performance of employees as well as performance of organisation. In
today's time there is so many organisation who operate their business at globally so, company
follow cross function approach to manage their employees who belongs from different culture
and religions. This report is about culture and behaviour within the organisation who can
influence the performance of employees and also, discussed about different motivational theories
used by BBC company to improve their business operations.

the business environment is known as organisational culture. The culture of organisation is
reflect by their office setup, dress code , customer treatment and benefits of employees. In every
organisation the culture, behaviour and power affect the performance of employees or company.
Every company should try to provide positive environment for work to their employees so that
they can perform well in organisation to attain desired goals and objectives (ARI, 2010). There is
so many company who make so much efforts to maintain balance between the behaviour and
culture by providing strong set of rules and regulation or good working environment to their
employees. The stability of company in business environment depends upon their power, politics
and behaviour. All these three factors play very important role in the success and frailer of
organisation so, company used them as biggest elements to get success.
Handys cultural tipology: It is another popular model which was introduced by charles handy
in 1999. It divided organisational cultural into four categories such as power, role, person and
task.
Power: In this type of organization culture, senior managers delgates power to employee so that
they can manage business activities without taking permission of senior managers.

coordination with their employees. This type of problem arises in many organisation due to
which company face high turnover of employees.
Discrimination: The company start discriminated their employees on the basis of caste,
nationality and so on, which reduce the image as well as goodwill of company in business
market place. Government make so many rules and regulation to removes this problem from all
business organisation.
Negative environment: The environment of work can effect the performance of
employees at high level. So, every business organisation should try to give good working
environment for their employees so that they can perform well to achieve goals and objectives.
The working environment play very important role in the success and frailer of the business by
directly or indirectly. If company provide positive environment to their employees than they can
only focus on their work without any disturbance but if company provide negative environment
