Due to rapid change in time, globalisation is performing a crucial role for organisations
whether they are small scale companies, medium or large scale. It gives a platform to
organisations where they can make interaction with several kinds of companies and run its
business transactions smoothly. In this report BBC organisation is being taken. This is a
multinational broadcasting company which has its operational activities across the globe.
Within this report, a diminutive research is being organised in which aims and objectives are
being made and whole research is based on this. Moreover, project management plan is also
involved for researchers so that they can have an idea related to tasks that are required to be
done. Furthermore, according to this a valid conclusion is being determined.

Globalisation is a method in which organisations does its business operations on an
international level. Along with this, it also affects the interest of small and big companies for
their further expansion of business operations and increase revenue. Therefore, it can be analysed
that as there is an increased communication between business, government as well as people, has
led to a better world economy's ratio. Moreover, there are various other elements of globalisation
which affected various functions of organisation. This can be a negative affect or a positive
affect (Cooke, 2012).

Background of the research
Globalisation refers to the process by which various types of people communicate and do
business with each other. This medium of communication as resulted in increasing opportunities
by which profitability ratio can be maximised.
BBC is a repudiated company that does business operations related to broadcasting
information around the globe through various mediums which are radio transmitters, internet,
television, etc. Henceforth, according to a dynamic time change globalisation has given a
platform to different organisations (Dunning, 2014). Therefore, BBC is recruiting a consultancy
in order to have a research on globalisation and its various components that affects functions of
administration of designated company. With this context, researcher have developed goals and
objectives that would be helpful in identifying a conclusion for BBC. The developed aims and
goals are being given below.

P2 Project Management Plan
Project management plan refers to a conventional written material which is helpful for
researcher in managing entire project during the implementation time. This is a simple

in which they have do activities. PMP plan includes different elements of research which are
value, time, abstraction, risks and many more. Under this present research of globalisation,
concept of these elements for BBC can be identifies in ways discussed below.
Cost: Cost is treated as an important part of project management plan. It elaborates
amount of cost that is needed for completing research and utilise a new plan in business. Here, in
this context researcher has incurred 14k so that it can conduct a proper research which would be
helpful in determining adequate details for BBC. It is complex to analyse the entire cost of
expansion in global market place but organisation must incurred near about £20 million in order
to complete the whole process of globalisation in effective manner (Gopalakrishnan and et. al.,
2012).
Scope: This is an important portion of project establishment plan that brings out scope of
a specific project for a company. In this report, that is depend on the determination of
globalization on function BBC, this element elaborates the functioning of an organisation and
provides and aid in attainment of benefits. Here, in this context BBC can do its business
operations effectively. This factor will also be helpful in attaining future objectives that are being
given in their research activity. The scope of present project is restricted to expanding operations
of business in European region.
Time: This can be treated as an essential element of PMP plan since, it defines time
fundamental quantity which is needed for completion of a project. With this context, it also
describes time needed for every activity like selecting a topic, developing aims and objectives
and many more. Henceforth, for this project, approximately 5 to 7 months are required.

implementing a project and conducting it in a desired way. In this current research of
globalisation researchers need appropriate amount of raw materials, money, equipment and many
more. All these kinds of resources will be helpful in investigating team of BBC in order to
