The board of directors and the CEO of BBQfun decoded for the implementation of a strategy
related to the e-commerce for maintaining or increasing the revenue and shares in the market

willing to offer all its products in an online store where the stocks were to be stored at no

of delivery. Right now, BBQfun has a website which lacks the functionality of e-commerce.
There is redeveloping of this website required along with some assets like new staff’s

The CEO of BBQfun, Pat Mifsud is responsible for working with the board of directors to
