Proposal to the operational manager in order to get approval for the operational plan. The
proposal has been demonstrated below:
The business is earning enough profit for the future prospect however, the business needs
some effective changes in order to gain competitive advantage and generate attractive
revenue for future growth. The company aims at incorporating e-commerce strategy in
order to enhance the level of sales and number of sales as well. In order to so the business

physical resources include 6 trucks, 6 forklifts, ware house and computers. The human
resource includes sales team and 6 drivers.
The potential benefits which is clearly identified from the new strategy of e-commerce is
it would deliberately increase the number of sales and generate revenue than before in the
company.
Moreover, in order to effectively carry out the strategy the business will have to control
the initial cost of the business through cost leadership technique. This will ensure that the
business is spending not more than what the profit will be generated. The business also
ensure recruiting potential candidates as well.
The associated risk with the new strategy will be controlled by developed contingency
plan and the management ensures that the risk is at a controllable level. The risk
associated with the company are underperformance of the employees, the duplicity of the
new idea and customer dissatisfaction which might leads to less revenue.
