Concrete experience- I have learned about many new things and have effective experience
about for developing various skills and knowledge. While having such things I think that in
developing various skills this could keep me for working with growth and bring out some
opportunities towards the positive future impacts. I have taken the great experience from weeks
learning activities about various organization structure and how this can keep me for working
with more growth skills and development (Idkhan and Idris, 2021). Along with this in week 3, I
have learned about for activity of poster in which explain about lean production for business. In
having such things this is also important for working with some effective things and ensure for
creating the goals so that could be having huge benefits. In general, more and more learning is
being conducted on various platform, so the way people can learn more about the goals and
objective through which they can easily come to know existing experience.
The skills for team building also helps me for working with some strategies in group and
make sure for having proper implementation about various concepts. This is also important for
having growth and learning and also taking experience about various skills and developing
opportunities. I have also analysed about business and management which bring the business for
working with different people and make the team work. According to this, I have learned those
concepts and sills which help me for working in groups (Behrendt and Machtmes, 2021). In
week 2, I have learned about the organization structure this help me for writing and planning,
note taking, presentation, group work, team management, dissertation writing and so on. In

learning such things I have analysed about various things so that could create the impact over the
future growth and create the better learning outcomes. I have also analysed about designing
option, dividing work into division and function and organic structure. This stage help for
developing experience and have the better outcomes for the learning skills and knowledge.
Reflective observation- The situation was raised about for working in team. It has created the
difficult tasks for me in working with team. Along with this team members are also not able for
working due to having some issues, and I am unable for working with team. The division of the
work done by other team, that was not understood by me and it was creating some issues
(Samokhvalova, 2021). For this, I have faced various problem such as communication, problem
solving skills and so on. In having such things I have taken risk for the work and think about for
completing the work within the completion time. After, completion of tasks, this could help me
for knowing about how the things are easy and this also help me for taking some right and
measure steps. It keeps me for working with developing skills and also help for solving issues
which is faced by team members. As they are facing issues towards the time management and
communication through which this could create the difficulty for me.
If they communicate with having different ways and this could lead for learning more
impacts and ensure for development with better skills and knowledge. Moreover, this also seems
to be important for understanding with different styles and their implication through which
absorb and selection information can have focus and also come to know about concepts for
learning styles. While having such kind of situation this keep me for working with strategies and
also ensure for secure about such kind of situation in the future. While having such things this
could also help me for developing with some implementation and make sure for growth and
bring the activities for completion about the learning experiences (Khoirunnisa, Rahman and
Dewi, 2021). This follows more about the new tasks, where I can reflect on the experience on

form new ideas or modify the issues, based on reflection that arise in team working. While for
having such things this could also know about that in starting of the work I need to understand
about what will be done and how this will be done (Močinić and Tatković, 2021). Along with

this I can set boundaries and lead for working with direction and also manage sensibly. While
this can create some goals and ensure for taking some right and measure steps, through which I
can understand about what the team members can create the better outcomes. This might be also
creating the conceptual things and make sure for growth and bring out the opportunities for
developing more skills and knowledge. The best exercise that I can follow in improving the team
working and communication skills such as building psychological safety and interpersonal
sensitivity trust among the team members.
Moreover, I have more chance to see about how ideas learned previously and can be
applied while working with team member or individual. The concepts are being more about
altered by results as they have seen obtained in observing more ideas and formulated within such
situation. This also seems about team working and communication skills are important for any
business activities or individual. While through which this could be easy for taking some right
action and ensure me for knowing about some strategies. In week 5, project benefits which
towards measuring project activity and also keep for taking some strategies (Mulryan-Kyne,
2021). This also look like significant in having effective learning experience and consider good
with complexity and also able to work among the aspects of system. This also seems to be
important through which I can easily come to know about how the situation can be done through
using some strategies and also ensure for completion on time. Along with this I have come to
know about knowledge related to business and organization structure and how this seems to be
essential for me.
Active experimentation- I will try to make sure for having effective strategies so that could also
help for working in the future. While having such things this could also keep estimated towards
working goals and objectives and also make sure for learning and having experience for
working. While from above situation this seems to be important about how the role for working
with developed skills and knowledge and I will also try to analysis some concepts through which
I can easily come to know about what steps should be taken (Ingham-Broomfield, 2021). In

style. This should be also analysis for having some goals and bring out some better concepts
through which I can come to know about what kind of strategies will help in the future situation.
From this, I will try to develop communication, team working, problem solving learn more
