The project selected for the group is: Repair of Beachside Cottage.
The primary reasons for the start of the project is based on performing repairing works
over the old beachside cottage. The old house would require a certain renovation work in order
to make the liveable condition. The cottage would be used for the purpose of vacations and it
would also be used by Airbnb as a rental property. The project has been approved with a loan of
$20,000. With the approved amount of the project, the supplies of each of the materials required
for the project would be gathered.
