INTRODUCTION
There is so much competition seen in the business environment. Each and every
individual must take suitable actions to choose the right career option and work to achieve goals
and objectives (Goryushkina and et.al., 2019). This report is based on The Beaumont Hotel.
There is discussion related to the skills that are required by employees in order to perform
