This project analyzes the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the Beauty In Distress Salon, focusing on its impact on sustainability goals and competitive advantages. The project begins with a research title, background, aims, objectives, and research questions. It then outlines a detailed project management plan, including cost, scope, time, quality, and resources, along with a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart. Small-scale research is conducted using a questionnaire to gather data on CSR activities, the allocation of responsibility, the application of CSR initiatives, target groups, reasons for CSR focus, budget allocation, environmental measures, and challenges faced. The research findings are presented thematically, analyzing responses to assess the areas and value of CSR, the impact of CSR activities on competitive benefits, and recommendations for improving CSR activities. The analysis includes interpretations of the responses, identifying key themes and insights related to the salon's CSR practices. The project concludes with an evaluation of the results and findings, followed by the presentation of conclusions and suggestions.
