Career is concept which people chooses for their entire life, whether, it could be
employment or pursuing further studies in order to get employment opportunities. However, this
report will highlight about the area of employment for graduate students which is about beauty
salon. Furthermore, the project will outline about the trends that will impact the beauty salon like
competition, social media platform, natural products, technology etc. Moreover, the report will
highlight about the skills and qualifications which are required to own a beauty salon (Arandia
and et.al., 2017).
TASK 1
Area Of Employment For Graduate Students
My dream is to start my own manager and thus, after the completion of my graduation I
will open my own beauty salon. My beauty salon will be a kind of luxurious business that will
provide various kinds of services including haircuts, hair highlighting, hairstyling, manicures,
pedicures, facials, waxing, eyebrow and frame wraps. My beauty salon will be focusing on two
of the most crucial factors that every salon must possess that are customer demanded services
and patron pleasure. However, I will provide job opportunities by employing expertise
hairstylists, staff for waxing specialists, esthetician, eyebrow shapers, professional person for
hands and shaping nails, facialists and frequently a receptionist or trendy supervisor. Further, I
will hire such general manager who will monitor the personnel and makes certain that the clients
are handled well, at ease and satisfied with the services of the salon (Fernando, 2016). I will
make sure that the manager also manages appointment takes by the clients, ensure that
everything within the salon is going perfectly without any clashes and ensures that all queries of
