Introduction
The aim of the paper is to present a situational analysis of the fashion label
Bec+Bridge that has been in vogue since the year 2004. The paper would take in
consideration the SWOT analysis of the company in order to develop a comprehensive
understanding of the challenges that the organization need to overcome and the
opportunities that the organization need to adhere to in order to develop sustainable
marketing. The course of the paper would follow the background of the company
followed by the analysis of the marketing on the basis of the background and the
environment of the company. The paper would also provide a summary of the SWOT
analysis followed by the summary of the same. The paper would also like to indulge in a
discussion of the recommendation that would assist the company in upcoming five years

Background to the company
The company Bec + Bridge had been founded in the year 2004 when the organization had
been invited to show case their garments and the outfits at the Mercedes Benz fashion
week that was being organized in Australia. The brand had attained the primary position
among the leading buyers of the fashion apparel. The premium outlets of the company
had placed their order with the brand and the recent media coverage have included the
fact that the Bec+Bridge should be involved in the must have list of the wardrobe of the

have complied to the demand of the buyers who are mostly attracted to the fashion brands
and the products associated with it. The strength of the organization has been noted in the
fact that the organization had been able to connect to the demand of the customer. They

have connected their customers with their process. The apparels have been designed
keeping the women form in mind. The uniqueness of the form and the design of the

The organization had developed a Bridal Edit where the brand is well known for the
understanding of the brand with the need of their customers who are mostly female. The
organization and their development of the designs are not restricted with the traditional
design of the brand but has also indulged in a development of the new design for the
brand on the basis of the changing need of the potential customers. As such, the brand is
not confined with the production of the traditional wear for the women but involves the
production of the swimsuit as well. A swimwear collection had been made by the terry
toweling and bonded bases.

The strength of the brand is noted in the fact from the position that the brand is

The uniqueness of the brand is maintained by the presence of the women in every
strata of the business where the fashion world had inspired a wide range of the
demographic segment of the customers on the basis of the gender of the customers as

It has been ensured by the core designer that the brand continue to experience a
growth along with them in a subsequent manner. With the trust being enthralled upon the
brand image of the brand it has been noted that the integration of the brand has been done

On the basis of the swot analysis of the brand it can be stated that the organization can
bring about certain changes in the process that would allow the brand to develop their
strategies in order to overcome their threats and turn them into their strength

utilized by the order to overcome the threats from the competitors. The brand can
bring about differentiation in their product that would allow them to grab a new
