Week 1 & 2

There is various business as well as management topics
that can help the researcher in enhancing their overall
knowledge as well as providing useful conclusions.
Business and management is a wide field and there can
be various topics that can be included about the
research study. During the week, brainstorming
sessions were carried out wherein the team members
were encouraged to share their thoughts as well as
viewpoints so as to ensure that effective decisions are
made.
During the first two weeks, I got a chance to enhance my
overall existing knowledge as well as skills. This will help me in
working in a productive manner. I believe that I performed in a
fair manner. I think that this will help me in improving my
overall knowledge. One of my achievements was that I
received a positive feedback from my team leader regarding

My overall performance specifically during these two weeks
was effective, as told by my tutor. Thus, I think that this will
help me in enhancing the overall knowledge as well as skills to
a great extent. The different activities ensured that I am able
to develop an understanding about how aims and objectives
are developed and hence, this will help in enhancing my
existing knowledge and thus, help me in develop appropriate

My preferred learning experience is about learning as a
part of a team. This is because it will help me in
understanding the different parts of the research study
in an effective manner. This will help me in improving
my overall knowledge as well as help me develop new
skills. I believe that having a proper experience about
the way in which different research studies are
conducted. The different activities that were conducted,
have helped me in enhancing my overall skills as well
as knowledge.
My overall experience of understanding about the research and
how it is structured. During the 7th and the 8th week, I had
already developed an understanding of the different ways in
which a research study can be conducted in an effective
manner. I have been able to make sure that I overcome any
barriers to learning that I might experience during learning
process.

Summary of

Thus, I can say that this whole experience has been
very learning as well as enhancing my existing
knowledge. Apar from this, I have also developed new
skills such as time management, organizing as well as
presentation skills. This has helped me in improving my
