for taking the decision over their player. While through which they are must be required to have
the proper estimation for which they are required to work and that might be also involved for
which they must be worked. In this they have be created for having the proper decision for which

seems to be important and that could also have the better aspects for which entire work can be
done and that could also play the important role in their case study of Adidas (Hipel, Fang and

important while through which that could also have the better aspects for which the company can
work.
Initial ethical dilemma faced by decision maker
The ethical dilemma recognise the choices between two alternatives first is 2020 the player to
accept incentive money from Adidas and another is to not influence the players to accept the
money from Adidas (Moon and et.al2017). If the decision maker chooses any of the alternatives
then it will lead to punishment as both variables and alternative are creating ethical dilemma. If
the coach insists them players to accept the money then they will also get fired as it is against of
rules so the players are not receiving any kind of compensation. On the other hand if the coach
does not insist the players except the engine to money then it will become a loss for those players
who have physical disability this money can help them to recover from their disease. But if the
coach influences the players to accept the money that it will treat as bribery and it is also against
the rules of NCAA. So this dilemma is in front of the decision maker and it is the responsibility
to provide suitable option to the player and coach so that no one gets fired.
The work role for the ethical dilemmas seems to be important and that could also have the
high expectation from the other organization. The ethical dilemma in any other organization
should not be followed in which that could not be selected for which the decision maker have to
work and how they can deal over the situation for which they are required to work. Hence, this
might be also led them for having the expectation for selecting the one things and that could be
selecting after they can fired and that could generally created the conflicts between the players
and many other things which might not be so important while for having the highly impact over
the business for which they buy the players incentive giving in terms oif money and that could be
easily refused so for that they will be fired.
Utilitarian Kantian rights and Distributive justice approach
Utility approach is used to access and action and also it provides the consequences and outcomes
of that action. This approach provides net benefit and overall cost to the stakeholders and
individuals. This approach believes that every entities interest must be considered in the decision
making process of the company then only company can attain profit in long run. This approach
provides a best ethical option to the company so that it can not only Just provide the benefit to
the company but their stakeholders also get benefits and good return. The main objective of the
work.

provides a best ethical option to the company so that it can not only Just provide the benefit to
the company but their stakeholders also get benefits and good return. The main objective of the

separate is to introduce a logical approach on ethical obligations. This approaches fully based on
the consequences. If Adidas takes any action and it provides maximum return and profit to the
company then the decision is correct and working in the favour of company but when the
decisions do not work properly then the consequences arises in the organisation. Adidas
providing different Sporting products such as Black shoes watches and accessories around the
globe. But they have to maintain Utilitarian approach (Everett and et.al2020). As per duty Aryan
theory Adidas must conclude ethical dilemma which provides the greatest good for the greatest
number and Company e need to influence players to accept in incentive money from Adidas and
this must be selected and the utility approach. This approach Adidas should not influence and
bound the players to accept incentive money from the company otherwise it will lead to
discrepancies and it will also day match the core value of NCAA's. On the other hand distributive
justice approach is concern for allocation of resources. This theory focuses on fairness and
providing rewards and cost to the players. Ethical dilemma Adidas has two options to influence
player to accept incentive money from Adidas and do not influence players to take money from
Adidas so this theory believes on providing wheel of ignorance and this theory works on rights
and provide fairness (Bauer, 2020). As per this theory Adidas must include the interest of players
then only company should decide whether they would go for incentive or not if the players are
not happy with the incentive them Adidas should not force them. As per the story Adidas must
work under the regulations and culture.
Recommendation
After analysing the entire case it is being recommended to the decision maker that they must go
with two not influence the player to accept the incentive money from Adidas. As the company
should maintain the dilemma and also respect the culture and decisions of players. Another thing
which is recommended to the decision maker is that they should avoid punishment to the coaches
as it will negotiate the entire team. Adidas should provide money in such case when it benefit to
both the players and the company as well. But from this when the money is being accepted by the
players that it is the duty of courts that they must provide a good solution whether the
sponsorship money should use in the benefit of the players and entire Sports organisation.
Besides this if the coach accepts the money then it is the responsibility of the couch that they
must used such money to increase the skills of the players and also those players and students
who have any kind of disability, couch must use such amount to provide better treatment to such
the consequences. If Adidas takes any action and it provides maximum return and profit to the
company then the decision is correct and working in the favour of company but when the
decisions do not work properly then the consequences arises in the organisation. Adidas

disable players and students (Camagni, 2017). If the money is being given by the Adidas and
when the money is being used in the favour of players and coach also provides better equipments
and facility to players then it will increase the Goodwill of the company and also the repetition of
players and coach will get increased in society. So it is being recommended to decision maker
that they must use the money in a positive way and also avoid the punishment. If the bribery
corruption scandal is being faced by coach in other players then it will definitely harm than good
will and image in the society so if the players are taking money from Adidas then it is the
responsibility of such players to use this amount for the Welfare and development of other
players and specially for those who are disable. This is the overall recommendation to the
