INTRODUCTION
Developing a teaching and learning programme for a student necessitates a number of
factors to be examined, including studying and assessing the learner's requirements, as well
as their abilities. This study discusses the use of numerous theories and models in learner
behaviour management, as well as pedagogical concepts and their use in educational and
training activities. This study also includes a number of actions performed by professional
instructors to promote equality and appreciate diversity in education, as well as satisfying the
requirements of specific learners in educational and training programmes.
MAIN BODY
Analyze the pedagogical principles and theories of behavior management
Pedagogical principles are those that are concerned with various ways and arrangements
for teaching learning and providing an effective learning environment for students. These
principles are concerned with the learning environment, as well as anticipated abilities and
attitudes, as well as general education ideas. The science and art of teaching, as well as its
concepts, are heavily centred on techniques of imparting information to learners across the
world. The principal assists the instructors in providing numerous instructions on the tasks
that they must complete in an appropriate manner. It is crucial that experts analyse the needs
and requirements of students in relation to the subject, in order to perform instructional
activities efficiently. The following are the applications of several educational concepts:
Integrative Approach: An integrative approach to pedagogical concepts aids a
student in creating a learning environment in which they may link themselves to the
curriculum and concentrate on their studies. The four aims of the pedagogical
principle are to differentiate issues based on their significance. Correlating the things
learned, making meaning of the learning process, and applying what has been learned
to real-life circumstances.
Reflective Approach: Reflective method helps to detect instructors and students'
actions in a teaching area. This concept is essentially concerned with the self-
assessment or self-observation process. Self-evaluation and self-reflection help to find

that either the learning process works or not is the techniques employed in this path to
pedagogic principles.
Inquiry Based Learning Approach: It is an important pedagogical strategy in
scientific instruction since it allows students to inquire about numerous factors that
are necessary for learning and teaching. The inquiry-based learning strategy, which
includes inquire, research, create, discuss, and reflect, will give an appropriate cycle
for becoming a specialist in English level 1. Simulation, demonstration, experiment,
field research, and project work are some of the tactics that educators might use to
accomplish the desired approach while adopting inquiry-based learning.
Thus, an analysis can be made out that above stated key pedagogical principles that are
focused on teaching‐learning arrangements and methods, relationship to pupils and learning
environment, general educational principles, and expected skills and attitudes. It has been
observed that the implication of the reflective method helps to detect instructors and students'
actions in a teaching area which are essentially concerned with the self-assessment or self-
observation process which supports improvement in the skills of the English for speakers of
other languages.
Analyse theories of behaviour management.
Comportment management refers to a method in which a person's behaviour is
handled regardless of the area in which they work. There are various ideas established to
control employee behaviour, students, instructors, leaders, etc. In the sphere of learning and
education, teachers must regulate their students' conduct to complete their classroom duties
successfully. The theory is presented for behaviour management and is called human
relations theory, which deals with human behaviour and varied settings. Abraham Maslow
has a number of hypotheses that he presents. Elton Mayo, Douglas McGregor, and a slew of
others. The Maslow Hierarchy of Needs, which is the most widely utilised and successful
theory, is discussed here:
Maslow theory of need
Abraham Maslow developed the Maslow Theory of Wants in order to meet diverse
human needs and inspire people to continue to grow. Individuals have growing leaves,
according to Maslow, and once one of them is satisfied, they will have another to motivate

them. A hierarchy was created based on an individual's needs to aid in the control of that
individual's behaviour. This is something that English level 1 teachers may utilise to help
their pupils study more effectively. If instructors meet the five criteria listed below, they will
be able to encourage their students.:
Physiological needs – These requirements represent a person's basic demands and
ensure that they meet the individual's fundamental demands such as clothes for food
shelters and more. This is necessary for a person's existence and it is analysed that, if
no pupils meet these criteria, they can't learn in the classroom.
Safety requirements - This should be focused on an individual's safety and security,
as well as facilities such as living quarters, financial security, emotional security, and
so on. According to Matthew, a person's sense of security at a workplace is critical for
them to stay and work or study in a motivated manner.
Belongingness and love needs - Once an individual's safety requirements are met,
they will seek out a sense of belonging and love in the surroundings in order to feel
connected to it. Teachers may assist children in making excellent friends in order to
help them feel like they belong and are liked in the classroom.
Esteem needs Self-esteem needs are tied to an individual's achievements,
reputation, and self-dignity, and are essential motivators since they entail the
individual's prestige and standing. Once the individual's social requirements are met,
they will concentrate on meeting their esteem requirements in the surroundings.
Teachers can recognise pupils in front of the class when they are learning English
level one so that they may meet their esteem demands.
Self-actualization needs According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, self-
actualization is the last need that an individual would focus on. This comprises a
person's great desire to fulfil the objectives they set for themselves in order to
advance in their work.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the use of creative and innovative approaches.
In our fast-paced world, it is critical to include unique and novel ways into
instructional activities in order to maintain students' and teachers' attention. Teachers employ
a variety of tools and approaches to improve their teaching activities and improve the overall

experience and performance of their students. Teachers can utilise innovative and creative
techniques to boost student performance, which are defined as ways that are distinctive and
distinct from others. The following examples demonstrate the efficacy of these novel
approaches:
Individual capabilities will be developed and embellished as a consequence of
innovation and creativity. Using innovative and current techniques, instructors may
teach college students in a more inclusive manner, resulting in the development of
new skills and functioning in pupils. This can have an impact on a person's capability
development.
Creativity and advanced techniques will enhance the overall working environment.
This type of strategy used by a trainer in training or fitness promotion will increase
the learner's attention and comprehension..
This might be quite effective in changing someone's mind. Extruding temper and
questioning learner functionality will be the result of creative and progressive
techniques. With the use of these tactics, one may be able to convince as well as
correctly instruct learners.
This type of strategy encourages learners to ask open-ended inquiries. This will assist
in improving the way in which a man, woman, or student may study. An open-ended
question or a verbal interaction will help to clarify the learner's concerns or questions.
Further, it has been also analysed that the use of the Creativity and advanced techniques will
enhance the overall working environment for the learners who want to improve English along
with facilitating effective strategy used by a trainer to increase the learner's attention and
comprehension level.

students speak what they have observed. Also they have
right to ask question related to the video clip.
In this task the strategy is to check the observation level of
student. It is important that they observe things effectively
as it supports them in speaking the same. The students form
a image in mind and then they speak. It is seen that each
and every students is different and it is vital to know about
the understanding level of students.

TASK 4
Demonstrate the use of assessment data
In order to construct numerous courses of instruction in the learning activities, assessment
information and data are extremely important. The following are some of the data's
applications:
Monitoring student achievement- This assessment data aids teachers in tracking
students' progress through the teaching and learning programmes. Grades are given to
measure a learner's achievement, and these grades are used to determine whether or
not the pupils understand the topic. This data from the evaluation aids in identifying
the varied mindsets of learners who are enrolled in learning programmes. It can also
assist in providing better programmes based on their talents and talents.
1. For example the performance can be monitored with the help of taking written exams.
As the written exms help to know and monitor the real position of theb students.
2. At the same time if the performance needs to be montored at the same time taking
vivas will help. By taking these oral viva's the teacher is able to know about the level
of english of the student as well.
Setting learner goals- This assessment data may also be used to help learners
establish goals in various areas based on their abilities and capabilities. This will
enable them to create targets for various pupils in a variety of ways, allowing them to
be affected by the instructions based on their preferred criteria.
1. To set goals a student can formulate personal and proffesional development plan. As
this plan helps to form their short term, medium term and long term goals that will
help in development.
2. Another way is to form action plan that contains SMART goals. As these are specific,
measurble, attainable, revelant as well as time based. These goals will ebnefit the
students.
Planning following sessions- After week 3, a communication session was scheduled
so that students with bad grades could be contacted with in order to prepare following
sections for them and provide them with particular attention during learning sessions.
9 | P a g e
Document Page
1. For example a session that helps to enhance the english of the students will be helpful
for the. It is importnt for them to attend the sessioon for their skills development.
2. Communication plays a vital role. The way a person should interact, body language
and other things should alos be covered to make the student presentable. These
sessions are for the growth and development of student.
Recording assessment results- The assessment data will also assist in the
maintenance of records in order to meet numerous labelling requirements that are
currently pending.
1. To illustrate one of the way is to form the result in a hard copy where the marks are
written and that clearly shows the performance of the individual.
2. Another way is to note all the results through online modes and give the students
feedvack comments together with the result. It will help them to know their mistake
and work upon it effectively.
Professionals' Communication- It is necessary to confer with specialists in this field in
order to design more effective methods in an organised manner, so that suitable
learning and teaching programmes may be developed for learners. Change
instructional techniques and obtain suitable assessment details as a professional. This
will also lead to improved future instruction, as it will be possible to provide it to
practitioners remotely via technology.
1. For example it is time to take feedback from professionals. These students should be
contacted with soft skills development trainer that will help them further and will give
feedback that will help in improvement.
2. Another point is use of technology. These students should have good knowledge bout
use of latest technology as that will help them to beat the competition and perform
effectively.
Interaction with Students- In order to assess the needs of the students, teachers must
interact with them in a way that allows them to understand their expectations
properly. Is teachers should confer with students in one-on-one sessions prior to
sessions to identify their expectations.

1. They should get adequate feedback from their students on their lessons so that they
can build good contact with the students and examine the difficulties they are
encountering in the classroom.
2. Along with that another way is to ask all the students one by one as they are more
presentable when they are alone. So at that they will be able to communicate
effectively and interact in a better way.
Monitoring learners’ achievement- For monitoring the learner achievements use of On-
Demand Assessment Components and including performance tasks in monitoring assessment
would be made by me. On demand assessments helps in evaluating and analysing the current
and instant performance of the student while the Performance task provide better assessment
of the skills and Knowledge level of the students.
Attainment and progress- It has been analysed that the attainment basically represents the
academic standard that pupils reach in the example of which that are used by me comprises
of assessments and exams. It's usually recorded as grades, scores or levels, and it indicates a
student’s result at the end of a Key Stage. Further, progress is related with the achievements
of the students over a period of time for example from KS2 to KS4.
Setting learners’ targets- It is vital and important to set effective goal and target for the
students. For ensuring setting of effective goals for the student use of goal setting theory has
been made by me which ensures setting of challenging goals to improve the performance
level of employees. Further, SMART goals which are specific, measurable and time based
are also set out by me for the better development of the students.
Planning subsequent sessions- Preparing the classroom sessions is as important as running
them to ensure proper interaction and learning development of the students. In order to help
students, learn, I made all the efforts to first define learning outcomes, then design learning
activities that allow students to achieve these outcomes. Designing and planning of session
comprises of activities that are adequate for the learning outcomes is the most important step
to ensure improvement in the learning of the student.
Recording the outcomes of assessment- Recording of the outcome forms a vital part of
assessment that enable teachers to share with pupils successful learning and identify

development needs and next steps. It will monitor the effectiveness of teaching and pupils'
progress in relation to attainment outcomes and targets. It will enable teachers to report to
parents and other teachers. The set of tools and strategies that have been used by me
recording the assessment comprises of Assessment Tools, Concept Maps, Concept Test,
Knowledge Surveys, Exams, Oral Presentations, Poster Presentation and Peer Review.
TASK 5
Evaluate the effectiveness of own practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive
teaching and learning using theories and models of reflection.
In order to analyse my own effectiveness and efficiency in analysing and planning the
inclusion of teaching, I used Gibbs' model of reflection to demonstrate my effectiveness. This
is an excellent structure or paradigm for describing my whole experience doing a variety of
learning practises and inclusive teaching activities. There is a reflection Gibbs model that is
discussed below.
Description as a teacher or instructor of public health and health promotional I am
required to conduct appropriate and effective plan in order to learn several things
about inclusive teaching and learning. This is very effective stage in order to get learn
about the several things which are associated to the English level 1. I then started
planning as planning plays a vital role inb being successfull. I tried to understand
capacity of each and every student and their level of english. So that I can teach all of
them. I can say that proper planing is helpful to impart knowledge in the students.
Feelings –By conducting and including teaching and learning practices I was very
nervous and worried. At at the time implementation person becomes worried and
concious that all the thing goals as per the plan. In this stage I dilevered by skills and
taught all the student without any discrimination this will help them to work
effectively. I made myself strong and delivered all the points as they were planned.
This helped me in successfull dilevery of my services. In order to overcome the
nervousness I am required to develop appropriate strategies and that is also part of
planning that engaged heat in every practices that help me to conduct amended
learning and teaching practices.
