ensure that they meet the individual's fundamental demands such as clothes for food
shelters and more. This is necessary for a person's existence and it is analysed that, if
no pupils meet these criteria, they can't learn in the classroom.
 Safety requirements - This should be focused on an individual's safety and security,
as well as facilities such as living quarters, financial security, emotional security, and
so on. According to Matthew, a person's sense of security at a workplace is critical for
them to stay and work or study in a motivated manner.
 Belongingness and love needs - Once an individual's safety requirements are met,
they will seek out a sense of belonging and love in the surroundings in order to feel
connected to it. Teachers may assist children in making excellent friends in order to
help them feel like they belong and are liked in the classroom.
 Esteem needs — Self-esteem needs are tied to an individual's achievements,
reputation, and self-dignity, and are essential motivators since they entail the
individual's prestige and standing. Once the individual's social requirements are met,
they will concentrate on meeting their esteem requirements in the surroundings.
Teachers can recognise pupils in front of the class when they are learning English
level one so that they may meet their esteem demands.
 Self-actualization needs – According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, self-
actualization is the last need that an individual would focus on. This comprises a
person's great desire to fulfil the objectives they set for themselves in order to
advance in their work.

In our fast-paced world, it is critical to include unique and novel ways into
instructional activities in order to maintain students' and teachers' attention. Teachers employ
a variety of tools and approaches to improve their teaching activities and improve the overall

teach college students in a more inclusive manner, resulting in the development of

development.

 Setting learner goals- This assessment data may also be used to help learners
establish goals in various areas based on their abilities and capabilities. This will
enable them to create targets for various pupils in a variety of ways, allowing them to
be affected by the instructions based on their preferred criteria.
1. To set goals a student can formulate personal and proffesional development plan. As
this plan helps to form their short term, medium term and long term goals that will
help in development.
2. Another way is to form action plan that contains SMART goals. As these are specific,
measurble, attainable, revelant as well as time based. These goals will ebnefit the
students.
 Planning following sessions- After week 3, a communication session was scheduled
so that students with bad grades could be contacted with in order to prepare following
sections for them and provide them with particular attention during learning sessions.

for the. It is importnt for them to attend the sessioon for their skills development.
2. Communication plays a vital role. The way a person should interact, body language
and other things should alos be covered to make the student presentable. These
sessions are for the growth and development of student.
 Recording assessment results- The assessment data will also assist in the
maintenance of records in order to meet numerous labelling requirements that are
currently pending.

written and that clearly shows the performance of the individual.
2. Another way is to note all the results through online modes and give the students
feedvack comments together with the result. It will help them to know their mistake
and work upon it effectively.
 Professionals' Communication- It is necessary to confer with specialists in this field in
order to design more effective methods in an organised manner, so that suitable
learning and teaching programmes may be developed for learners. Change
instructional techniques and obtain suitable assessment details as a professional. This
will also lead to improved future instruction, as it will be possible to provide it to
practitioners remotely via technology.

can build good contact with the students and examine the difficulties they are
encountering in the classroom.
2. Along with that another way is to ask all the students one by one as they are more
presentable when they are alone. So at that they will be able to communicate
effectively and interact in a better way.
Monitoring learners’ achievement- For monitoring the learner achievements use of On-
Demand Assessment Components and including performance tasks in monitoring assessment
would be made by me. On demand assessments helps in evaluating and analysing the current
and instant performance of the student while the Performance task provide better assessment
of the skills and Knowledge level of the students.
Attainment and progress- It has been analysed that the attainment basically represents the
academic standard that pupils reach in the example of which that are used by me comprises
of assessments and exams. It's usually recorded as grades, scores or levels, and it indicates a
student’s result at the end of a Key Stage. Further, progress is related with the achievements
of the students over a period of time for example from KS2 to KS4.
Setting learners’ targets- It is vital and important to set effective goal and target for the
students. For ensuring setting of effective goals for the student use of goal setting theory has
been made by me which ensures setting of challenging goals to improve the performance
level of employees. Further, SMART goals which are specific, measurable and time based
are also set out by me for the better development of the students.
Planning subsequent sessions- Preparing the classroom sessions is as important as running
them to ensure proper interaction and learning development of the students. In order to help
students, learn, I made all the efforts to first define learning outcomes, then design learning
activities that allow students to achieve these outcomes. Designing and planning of session
comprises of activities that are adequate for the learning outcomes is the most important step
to ensure improvement in the learning of the student.
Recording the outcomes of assessment- Recording of the outcome forms a vital part of
assessment that enable teachers to share with pupils successful learning and identify

development needs and next steps. It will monitor the effectiveness of teaching and pupils'
progress in relation to attainment outcomes and targets. It will enable teachers to report to
parents and other teachers. The set of tools and strategies that have been used by me
recording the assessment comprises of Assessment Tools, Concept Maps, Concept Test,
Knowledge Surveys, Exams, Oral Presentations, Poster Presentation and Peer Review.

Evaluate the effectiveness of own practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive
teaching and learning using theories and models of reflection.
In order to analyse my own effectiveness and efficiency in analysing and planning the
inclusion of teaching, I used Gibbs' model of reflection to demonstrate my effectiveness. This
is an excellent structure or paradigm for describing my whole experience doing a variety of
learning practises and inclusive teaching activities. There is a reflection Gibbs model that is
discussed below.
 Description as a teacher or instructor of public health and health promotional I am
required to conduct appropriate and effective plan in order to learn several things
about inclusive teaching and learning. This is very effective stage in order to get learn
about the several things which are associated to the English level 1. I then started
planning as planning plays a vital role inb being successfull. I tried to understand
capacity of each and every student and their level of english. So that I can teach all of
them. I can say that proper planing is helpful to impart knowledge in the students.
 Feelings –By conducting and including teaching and learning practices I was very
nervous and worried. At at the time implementation person becomes worried and
concious that all the thing goals as per the plan. In this stage I dilevered by skills and
taught all the student without any discrimination this will help them to work
effectively. I made myself strong and delivered all the points as they were planned.
This helped me in successfull dilevery of my services. In order to overcome the
nervousness I am required to develop appropriate strategies and that is also part of
planning that engaged heat in every practices that help me to conduct amended
learning and teaching practices.
