INTRODUCTION
 Professional behaviour and valuing people are one of those key elements that contribute to make a company successful.
 The current presentation will explain professional and people professional term, contribution to discussions to ensure individual practice are applied and will also
define way to effectively interact to engage with others.
 The study will justify how might I raise issues with situations, robust argument included business & human benefits of people.
 Furthermore, the presentation will highlight people practice initiative that put in place in the context of come external and internal feedback.
 Lastly, it will clarify how would individual evaluate impact on initiative paying specific attention to levels of engagement within company.

1.1- Defining term professional and explain requirement of a
people professional
 In order to perform within a specific industry and work in a company an
individual person may consider specific and essential term that is
professional.
 This term refers to anyone who may earn their living from working an
activity that needs a certain extent of education, training, knowledge and
skills.
 In the world of business, professional term may segregate into different
manner, such as accountant, teacher, labourer, technician, psychologist, etc.

1.2- Explaining what is meant by ethical values, examples of own
personal values and how this impact work and develop working
relationship
 Ethical values define something's level of importance, with the goal of identifying what action that is best to do.
 Integrity, compassion, kindness, honesty, kindness, self-discipline, etc. terms are included in list of ethical values that play important
role in success and growth of individuals, whether it is related to personal or professional career.

1.3 and 1.5- Analyzing how could I contribute to discussion to
assure people practices are applied, how effectively communicate
to engage & influence others and raise issues.
 In order to make assure that people practices are applied successful and appropriately, I could take strategic action in term of making
discussion via face to face approach utilization.
 I can take initiative to make essential discussion with everyone through face to face interaction, which given me the power to make
possible change and action accordingly.
 I can approach to assure individual practice application in term of contribution to make important discussion in appropriate and ethical
way.

2.1- Robusting argument that includes both venture and human
benefit of individual at work feeling included, value
 Maslow's hierarchy of needs is one of the best theories that provide
benefits to venture in which skilled people are working and also to
the individual who tend to work with that.
 Chosen theory drive the attention of management toward conducting
practice to treat people fairly and valuable.
 When individual candidate in the workplace may feel include, value
and obtain fair treatment, they may gain benefit of growing
professionally.

2.2 and 2.3- identifying a people practice initiative that has been
put in place in response to some types of internal & external
feedback
 Group discussion
 The first initiative that individual person has been put in place in response to internal feedback is current one.
 According to this action, they may take approach to interact with each other and make necessary discussion based on further improvement after obtaining
feedback from experience holder such as leader, manager, owner, etc.
 I would evaluate the impact of this practice in term of measuring improvement level.
 Problem solving
 The first initiative that individual person has been put in place in response to internal feedback is current one.
 According to this action, they may take approach to interact with each other and make necessary discussion based on further improvement after obtaining
feedback from experience holder such as leader, manager, owner, etc.
 I would evaluate the impact of this practice in term of measuring improvement level.

CONCLUSION
 On the basis of above analysis, it has been concluded that professional people have contributed to achieved organizational aim and
objectives.
 By following and conducting ethical practices, they have reached desire outcomes in appropriate manner.
 By conducting ethical practices and taking similar actions, they had gained a lot of benefits and provide the same to others.
 Furthermore, by summing up above discussion, it has been summarized that individuals had overcome the impact of internal and
external feedback in term of taking right actions.
