Task-1:
Techniques used for explaining to the students in the Classroom areas:
A. Visualization: It is a technique in which learning is done through visual modes as it is
having an ability to understand easily by applying teachings into practical aspects.
Example- as it can be used to coach in primary classes by showcasing apple so to
remember the word A and by showing video clips as is in done in Science session. In
the case of a specialist subject, for transferring the knowledge and it can be achieved
by a deeper understanding of the concepts.
B. Cooperative literature: It is done by forming groups of scholars together so that they
can discuss the topic which is allotted by instructor example- giving them a math
problem to solve by collaborating together so to develop team skills effectively. After
this, sharing of what information each member gives in making the project successful.
C. Encouraging for putting down queries: It is done for solving the hidden problems
which exist in the concept and for understanding the concept in a better way example-
in various disciplines, it can be seen (Gould, 2012).
D. The technology used in the programs: It is a good way to engage students in the
research process as in 21st-century modular ones used as compared to the traditional
one as they are more attractive in the discipline. Example- Mobile phones, tablets, and
computers used for studying. For economics subject, use games, and movies.
Practical Examples:
I used to take students on field trips so that they get to know the actual scenario that is
happening in the U.K. economy and relating the concept to it.
I take students in conferences so that they become aware of what are the policies
running and which needs to change according to them for inculcating a habit of
critical thinking.
Encouraging them to read newspapers daily for getting to know latest trends which
are happening in the country and then after asking whether you read that column for
creating an interest so that those who have not, read it after the school overs.

Whenever pedagogical principles are applied it may create interest in the subject matter
studied so therefore, it is very much important.
a. The utilization of formal language: It is to be done so that a sound interaction between
teacher and pupil is done well as it is a basic one which is required for creating a level
of trust. Along with this, the unofficial language is used for making it more clearly in
the minds of learners. As reading and writing are used in all disciplines.
b. Work through collaboration: It is beneficial as it helps to build a bond of relationship
between tutor and scholar. By the way of connecting on the same background pace. It
not only provides assistance while guiding but also on schooling activity. It is created
for the purpose of solving queries in the session of economics (Atjonen, 2011).
c. Conversation based on instructions: As it is needed for performing any work
effectively. It is based on a set of process in which listening takes the first part, then
thinking and after that making it compatible according to the desired situation.
Trainers perform in a similar way as of parents.
d. Contextualization: It is for the goal of making a link to school with students for
fostering new knowledge in the individuals. It is done by a collaboration of the
interests of the family as well as society.
e. Challenge is taken as an opportunity: It is for making everyone literate and educated
and this practice happens when all juniors in the family understand it but this not in
reality as some of them don’t understand the concept as all have different catching
power. Consequently, efforts to be made for them also (Crozier, 2013).
Task-4:
Establishing and sustaining a safe and inclusive schooling environment:
I observed in my class that some students were teasing and bullying the disabled child and he
is not able to take stand for himself. Then I realized that this kind of behaviour is not only
limited to schools or complexes but can be observed in every part of society. Therefore, I
arranged one day for taking the seminar in the auditorium of school for explaining the
concept. In this, the disabled person is treated in the same manner just like an as normal
individual (Carrion, et al., 2018). In my discussion, I favoured an emotional attachment so
that to understand the situation of the individual well and making an eye-contact to everyone

while tutoring so to remove the misbehaviour which might arouse. I do not believe that
anyone is a weak pupil and put efforts until he doesn’t like it. I also give my contact number
to the whole class so that, they feel free to call me, in case they see the same incident in the
corridor so that proper against is taken against it. (Efthymiou, 2017).
Flexibility and adaptability in the use of inclusive reading and studying approaches and
resources, including technologies:
It is done because technology is a dynamic which keeps on changing continuously so the
adoption of newer one is a necessity for making it more attractive and reachable to each and
every beginner. Therefore, flexibility is required and not rigidity for accepting it easily. I use
various types of performances for schooling just like I put my voice audible and making
notes of important concepts in the blackboard so that everyone is able to write it down in
their registers if they missed words in listening and not be able to listen. I also revise the
whole course when once course is completed so that starter memorizes the chapters if they
are not put attention on that particular day in which it is taught (Barak & Levenberg, 2016).
Smart classes are also used to make it clearer by using such a presentation. Different type of
study material used so that all come in a single lane if they are not able to read the books.
Promoting equality and valued diversity:
This practice is applied for removing any sort of biased behaviour to a particular youngster as
it will impact on mentality. It has been implemented by supporting the group discussions so
that all participants in the activity and for noting differential viewpoints (Petty, 2014). School
celebrates all kinds of festivals for developing a sense of unity in the learners. In my period, I
talk to every pupil so that to understand if they face any issue then sort it down and moreover,
telling students how to treat with the disabled classmates in a good manner so that they not
feel separated.
Flexibility and adaptability in using types and methods of assessment to meet the
requirements of assessment:
This type of principle is seen before application as to get to know whether it is applicable in
real life scenario or not and for checking its flexibility. After taking the lecture, I allow the
disciple to share the feedback and not take it as a bad but as a step for improving my skills. It
is a culture in which the observer understands more (Devlin, 2010). Application of the

different method for disabled youngsters so that they not feel separated and as they did not
want to get additional attention which is usually given to him because registrant doesn’t like
this sort of behaviour.
Task-6:
Analysis of ways in which minimum core elements can be demonstrated in planning,
delivering and assessing inclusive coaching and information:
The plan is made for this purpose as it is required for thinking in advance what should be
done and for predicting the future events and uncertainties which may arise. As it helps in
preparing what is being taught in the period beforehand and for evaluating what queries must
be put in it for giving appropriate solutions.
The minimum core is framework in which understanding and knowledge of various elements
are studied like literacy, language as well as information and it is for supporting the
qualifications of the teacher (Beere, 2012).
i. Numeracy is added as it is a subject which contains both theory and practical aspects.
That’s why it is a good subject as it takes all things in its scope.
ii. I promote literacy in a way as by giving study materials to them and by giving them
homework of what has been studied in the period. Conducting activity in which
children are asked to invite on the board for explaining the concept to the entire
tutorial (Cheryan & Ziegler, 2014).
iii. Developing a strong command on language as it is a theory so learning is a part of
these, therefore, involving scholars for doing a reading of lesson which thereby helps
in enhancing the communication skills. It is also used when groups are formed in the
league for discussing a concept.
iv. ICT technique is applied with the utilization of computers for performing action
science as by this thinking is made out of the lesson which serves as an innovative
activity (Anderson, 2013).
Analysis of ways to improve your own practice in planning, delivering and assessing
inclusive enlightenment and learning culture:

activities as well as in projects (Gargiulo, 2012).
Elastic: It is for doing changes according to circumstances.
Team Work: For taking them not as an individual but as a whole. It is a great practice
in which all members work together to achieve a set objective by removing their
attitudes and personal motives at the side.
Support to all: By introducing different methods of teaching by assuming that each
one is unique or dissimilar so, the method adopted should also be unlike. It thereby
violates the principle of above. However, the strength of both of them is used so to
avoid any drawback of the system.
Grades are not judged: Because it is not the sole criteria of being successful in the
future as apart from education other things also mattered just like sports and cultural
activities in which talent is required (Gravells & Simpson, 2014).
Use of philosophies, values, and models for education:
It is not possible to apply only one theory for gaining more benefits hence, the combination
of them is useful for taking advantage (Gravells, 2017). As diagnostic assessment helps to
identify the existing knowledge which is already in the individual for finding the possible
gaps in the literature which needs to fill in it. Application of motivation theory by me is to
stimulate schoolchild in positive as well as in a negative way whenever it reaches the limit. I
also prefer to use humanistic theory for connecting in the course well by the adoption of
sound behaviour. In the teaching space, I never forget to take feedback (Gould, 2012).
Reflective Models for own practice evaluation:
These are based on objectivity as it is should not be similar to other work but it is actually a
framework of an original work. But, it is not possible to develop work without looking into
the previous one as it is a basic one. Therefore, it is much more advanced than the original.
1) Jenny Moon Model: It is based on 5 stages which are known as the map of learning. It
gives importance to noticing principle for what has been learned and then after, taking
things which are having a role in the thinking so to avoid redundant things in the
document.

2) Gibbs Model: It is a model which is known for its transforming ability. It is comprised
of six elements that are:
Description: In which situation is defined clearly.
Feelings: In this analyse process done.
Evaluation: It is done by the knowledge part.
Analysis: It is by applying experience.
Conclusion: It is a practice; to sum up, what has been done previously.
Action Plan: It is the final step in which what action has to be taken in case the
situation happens might again in the future.
It is used for creating an understanding with the special child as they would not be able to
understand the concept just like as normal kids so in order to avoid this, I find out the
methods by which they can learn and educate themselves also (Bassot, 2015).
3) Kolb Model: It is based on the concept of experimental attainments in which learning
is developed by trial and error concept (Kidd, 2010). It involves four steps that are:
Do: Apply for learning as it serves in gaining experience.
Observe: For obtaining the facts related to exercise.
Think: It is examined in additional situations for checking the feasibility of it.
Proposal: It is made with the intention of considering at back for employing
successfully.
I apply this for testing the various methods which are being used in different schools so to
implement such a technique in my subject too as a result that it becomes much more
interesting for the subject.
