healthy lifestyle looks different on every body. As well as a healthy lifestyle is one which assist

because hold up diet and a healthy weight, trim down the risk of chronic diseases and encourage
entire health. In context of this report it will discussed about the importance of health and their
basic factors. It will also included range of various health or relative weakness and health. This
will also consider caring techniques, health and factors, measures of health, contribution to
health etc.

faced many problems attentiveness this disorder.

healthy diet on time, provide effective treatment, render a positive environment as well as use
hygienic equipment and newer technologies. It refer to giving a better medication on time
because, if patients will consume medication and treatment time it will be very effective for them
because they will recover soon. As well as provide hygienic environment its very effectual for
patient because the they will be disease free.
