Ethical dilemma refers to a situation where an individual has to select as one alternative
from different options so that problem can be resolve. When company have various option so it
is not easy to select one option from various option which create the situation of dilemma in
front of organisation to which one it should select so that better results can get and business get
advantage from it (Shelton, 2017) .
Case -
Morgan Ltd has a business of providing retailing product to their top customer as per
their requirement. In the starting of their business they can face the problem of ethical dilemma
that there products are purchased by people on low price so company wants to increase their
sales as well as capital. So for solve this dilemma the manager of a company decided to
purchase products on low cost and take discount from manufacturer. To solve capital issue it can
take loan from bank and try to create customer loyalty it should provide better quality of goods
to their targeted customer at reasonable cost.
Conclusion -
To solve ethical dilemma company has applied all solution and started business in new
way and increase customer faith. To sole dilemma select right alternative which can increase
sales of company and gain customer trust regarding to their products. They are purchasing
products on low cost from manufacture and sold out to customer on reasonable rate. Hence

fixed by government or legal authority. UK's government has introduced equality and diversity
law to protect worker's right (Ward, 2016) .
