Roles
 Resource Investigator: This role is used in the team to find inquisitive ideas.
 Team-worker: This role helps the team to gel and the people working within it uses their
versatility to identify the required work and complete it on team's behalf.
 Coordinator: This role is used in order to be focused on the team's objectives and proper
delegation (Lynch, Lynch and Clemens, 2018).
 Plant: This role is used in creative works within the team.
 Monitor Evaluator: Used in providing a logical eye, and making impartial judgments
within the team.
 Specialist: Provides in-depth knowledge of a key area to the team.
 Shaper: This role provides the necessary drive to ensure that the team is moving in the
right direction.
 Implementer: The person working the role makes and carries out workable strategies
 Completer Finisher: This role is used at the end of the tasks in order to scrutinize and
polish the tasks.

From the comparison of Belbin Reports the potential areas of conflicts and

relationship.

allotted tasks to the required team members and ensure that there are not conflicts are taking
