The student must feel one with the institution. He will be able to consider himself
as a part of the community and will be able to understand the social norms as

while learning his studies. The students gain knowledge regarding every
necessary actions that a person is to be expected performing in the society.
There are certain activities that the students are taught while performing their
works. The skill base of the student are made to increase and their course of
study are organized in that way. According to the assigned tasks the student
may develop:
1. Communication Skills: Communication is important in a class, hence the
classes will be interactive, and the students will be able to communicate
easily.
2. Adaptive Thinking: Certain activities and experiments will be performed
by the students under the supervision of the teachers which will increase
their way and nature of thinking.
3. Collaboration Skills: The students will be performing various activities
that will help them gain knowledge and also work together in the set of
groups.
4. Personal Management: the students will be assignments and projects
which they have to deal and complete by themselves only this will help
them build their personality and they will learn how to manage situations
