Project: Designing a Brochure for Childhood Education and Care Service

This project involves designing a multi-page brochure for a childhood education and care service, focusing on the concepts of belonging, being, and becoming. The brochure aims to promote the service's efforts in child development and wellbeing. It requires outlining what these concepts mean for children within the service, explaining how the service fosters a sense of belonging, and incorporating a philosophy statement aligned with the approved framework. The brochure should detail the service's approach to supporting children's learning through specific activities and strategies, clarifying the relationships between educators, children, and families. Furthermore, it must address how the service meets the requirements of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS), demonstrating a thorough understanding of the approved learning frameworks.

BEING:
The student must feel one with the institution. He will be able to consider himself
as a part of the community and will be able to understand the social norms as
well as gain knowledge about the various facts that he will have to consider,
while learning his studies. The students gain knowledge regarding every
necessary actions that a person is to be expected performing in the society.
There are certain activities that the students are taught while performing their
works. The skill base of the student are made to increase and their course of
study are organized in that way. According to the assigned tasks the student
may develop:
1. Communication Skills: Communication is important in a class, hence the
classes will be interactive, and the students will be able to communicate
easily.
2. Adaptive Thinking: Certain activities and experiments will be performed
by the students under the supervision of the teachers which will increase
their way and nature of thinking.
3. Collaboration Skills: The students will be performing various activities
that will help them gain knowledge and also work together in the set of
groups.
4. Personal Management: the students will be assignments and projects
which they have to deal and complete by themselves only this will help
them build their personality and they will learn how to manage situations

BECOMING:
The student will be able to become knowledgeable. They will be given the proper
opportunity to create their own identity. The capacities of the student will be
maximize so that they can become what they want to be in the future. The skills of
the student will be shape by involving them in different activities and circumstances.
The student will be given proper guidance in the transitional phase and will be
provided with the knowledge in the transitional phase which will display the
outcomes:
1. Strong sense of identity: this will help the students build their own identity
and be aware of it
2. Feel connected and contribute to the world: this will be assisting the
students grow their connections and help them understand their studies in a
better way.
3. Development of sense of well-being: the institution will be giving
emphasis on the wellbeing and the health and the studies of the students.
4. Confident and active learner: the student will be able to understand and
perceive their studies successfully, their focus will not be lost, and stress will
be given on the curriculum.
5. Communicator: the students will be taken care of and will be assisted in
every means possible.

BELONGING:
The student belongs first to their families and then to the education system,
this makes him the liability of their home and their respective families. The
family from which the student is coming from is solely responsible for them, but
the student when he is learning and admitted in an institution, the student
becomes the liability of the institution and the education care unit. The student
is the only component who composes and completes the education system.
The student is the sole purpose for which the education system is established
for. The teachers belong a general group formed with the students of the class
and interacts and functions with the students to deal with their problems, help
them in personal matters, stay close to them and generate a homely
atmosphere in the institution so that the students are capable of being safe and
sound within the premises of the institution.
