BTEC HND Computing: AI in Chatbots Benefits and Challenges Project

This project delves into the potential benefits and challenges associated with integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into systems, specifically focusing on chatbots. The research, conducted over 107 days, aimed to identify these benefits and challenges, understand the concept of AI, analyze its application in chatbots, and recommend effective strategies. The project utilized both primary and secondary data, including interviews with managers and reviews of literature and research journals. Qualitative analysis, including a SWOT analysis, revealed strengths such as advanced chatbot capabilities and weaknesses like implementation costs. The research also identified opportunities for business growth and threats related to high implementation costs. The project concludes with recommendations for further research and planned AI implementation to maximize benefits. The project was conducted as part of a BTEC HND in Computing, Unit 06: Managing Successful Computing Project, and followed a structured research schedule, including literature reviews, data collection, analysis, and report submission.

research has been conducted with the collection of both
primary and secondary data. The research data indicates
that the use of artificial intelligence and inclusion of same
in different applications is set to increase further mainly
because of the benefits it offers and its ease of
implementation.
