In this era, new ways for connecting to their customers are being invented.
One of the most effective ways of marketing is known as Digital Marketing. This mode
of marketing has been implemented by the companies because there are many advantages
of applying such method. Firstly, this is the most effective way for directly link to their
customer through internet and social media (Bleier & Eisenbeiss 2015). In this era,
almost everyone is using internet and is present in any kind of social media platform
whether its Facebook or twitter or the company’s own official website, therefore, the
company is directly engaged with its customers. Secondly, Digital Marketing has been
cost effective as compared to the other channels (Sherman Standberry, 2017). For
instance, if the marketing is done through print media, then it takes a lot of cost to over
mass people. However, in Digital Marketing, once the website is created, then it is only
to be updated by the concerned department and it will also cover mass people.
Furthermore, the Digital Marketing is an ideal way to target its customers and thus, it will
ensure that the exact customers are being targeted and viewed about the contents of the
website. Facebook has been strong platform for marketing the products these days.
People are making their pages and posting their products on the pages to selling their
products. As almost every person is using Facebook these days, therefore, Facebook has
been effective channel to market their product. Facebook has also been providing
statistics about the trending fashions and likes and dislikes of the users which the
company is using in creating and marketing the product.
