This is also known as the e- learning and in the current modern world the use of internet is very common

online learning is very important as this will assist in

latest methods and tools of learning will not be used
then the person will not have competitive advantage.

There are many different benefits which the person can have for the use of online learning.
The major benefit involves the following-
The major benefit of using the online learning is that when the person undertakes this
method then as a result of this, the efficiency of the student or learner increases.
Along with this another benefit of using the online learning is that this source can be used
from any time and at any place. The reason pertaining to the fact is that the online sources
can be used from an y place just the requirement of internet and good system is essential.

What are negative of online learning
There are also some of the drawbacks of the using the online learning as well. The different
disadvantages of online learning are as follows-
The major drawback can be some of the technical issue which might be faced during the learning. This
can be some network issue or any other technical problem within the system.
Along with this, another drawback is that the learner may not be able to focus on the screen for a long
period of time.
Along with this another limitation can be that the eyes and health of the person can also be impacted to
a great extent.

CONCLUSION
With the above presentation it can be concluded that the use of online learning is very
important.
Further it was evaluated that the positive aspect of online learning is increase in efficiency,
affordability from any place.
Moreover, it was also concluded that negative impact is some technology issue, network
problem and others.
