Introduction
Higher education is a form of formal learning in which education is provided by
universities, collages, graduate schools etc. This education is completed with a diploma in a
specific field that reflects that an individual possess full knowledge of particular field in
which diploma is acquired. It helps in integrating more formal and informal learning
opportunities or technology in higher education. Gaining this education will provides more
freedom in pursuing a career that inspires and interests a particular person. Benefits like
higher income, advancement opportunities are provided with higher education. This leads to
higher job satisfaction and brings motivation among individuals to work hard and perform
well.

Collaborative Work
Collaborative work is performed to reflect importance of higher education in UK. In this
work group of four people performed an activity that helps in identifying the required answers
and all of the gets an equal chance to discuss their knowledge regarding importance of higher
education. One of them specifies that it is recorded through statistical data for getting higher
education in a collage plays important role in providing better job opportunities and a
comfortable lifestyle.

Importance of Higher Education
It is claimed that getting higher education is one of the important task for an individual
that is quite necessary to perform. Those who have not completed higher education
they suffer more because amount of job availability is limited and most of the jobs
required an employee who is qualified. Higher education opens more job
opportunity that an individual can grab and through this an individual can
accomplish their own wish to pursue career in specific field.

Second student in the group is of the opinion that improvement in higher education in UK is not
only beneficial for individual but also economy gets benefited as a whole. When education
level is enhance in a company then it enhances number of skilled and educated persons in the
economy. Education helps minimizing all the issues that takes development of economy to
poor conditions. In UK when higher education sector grows level of employment will improve
for skilled employees.

UK as this will personal skills of individual. When knowledge is acquired through books
and lectures in collages then it encourages thinking skills of individual to analyses all the
matters related to field in which higher education is done. New ideas on the basis of
acquired knowledge is identified and they are analyzed on all the pros and cons.

Forth student possess a totally different perspective about higher education as per this
student higher education is an investments in future that will bring positive outcomes and more
profits. As higher education requires time and money and payment for this will help in achieving
career goals and attain success in life. There is lots of hard work that needs to be performed for
preparing future challenges. Meeting all these challenges will provide financial security in
future. Educational expenses are returned eventually in long run through all the benefits that
education provides.

When the observations of the group are considered it is seen that all of them is elaborating
regarding importance of higher education. In this group all of them have a positive perspective
regarding higher education but the basis of this viewpoint differs. Results of this group activity
provide that higher education is always being preferred in an economy. All the issues that
hinders development of an economy like UK is resolved with this one action of generating more
and more skilled workforce in the country. Through high education level of skilled person will
take a hike in UK, job opportunities available for skilled employees will be grabbed by them
and level of employment will improve in the country.

Conclusion
From the above discussion based on importance of higher education in UK it has been
recorded that higher education is available with variety of benefits and there is no loop
hole for supporting higher education. Each country needs to focus on enhancing higher
education in the country so that skilled young workforce can be created. Establishing a
system of higher education will help each individual to bring all the learning skills out and
best results will be provided for individual growth and development.
