INTRODUCTION
Higher education plays a pivotal role in individuals life. It contributes greatly in learning
and enhancing skills to individuals physical and mental faculties. In order to go ahead with
higher education an individual has to develop various intellectual and creative skills such as,
comprehension, time management skills, problem solving attitude, and a broad mind etc. Many
candidates across the world desires to pursue higher education in a well recognised institutions
situate abroad with the view to enhance their educational skills, explore diversity and many
more(Ardayand and Mirza2018). The following report will present the benefits of pursuing
higher education in UK along with reflection which will throw light on the personal experience
of studying in UK.

Benefits of studying in UK
The United Kingdom is one of the popular and reputed countries in terms of providing
higher academics courses. Most students around the word has a dream to study in UK , because
UK has top class universities which provides wide varieties of professional and creative courses
along with research which helps an individual to explore and experience diverse culture.
Studying in UK has countless benefits for any student because it enables the student to get
acquainted with many new people of different minds and culture which helps the student in
personality development and knowledge which effectively helps in career growth. Apart from
this, the followings are the main benefits of pursuing education in (UKWanner and
Palmer2018).
The universities in UK has a culture of providing high quality education. They have maintain
this system since long. The universities aims to provide wide varieties of academics as well as
creative courses. It also offers short term specialization certificate course which is very
productive for advancement in career growth which is affordable in comparison to long term
courses. Apart from this, there is availability of long term courses of for pursuing Master's
degree or Ph.D after finishing their graduation(Clark2020). The research facilities in UK
universities are considered the best because it enables students to think critically over the topic

and gain best knowledge out of research, further universities also give access to big libraries ,
laboratories and other spaces where students can utilize their productive time. The quality of
education is best among the others because UK universities have maintained their global ranking
at first place.
The best thing about the UK universities is they offer education to the students from other
countries. The universities each year enrol more than 40,000 students which comes across the
world, and this figures kept rising in every subsequent year. Students coming from different
countries get to meet and make friends of different countries and this helps them to understand
different culture, knowledge and experience by interacting with them. This diverse intersection is
commonly known as Multicultural Environment, it enables the students to meet with the
individuals belonging from different countries and different streams this led to develop their
skills at international level. For instance, the University College, London has the highest number
of students in UK as of the year 2021 nearly 45000 students and University of Manchester has
the second highest numbers of candidates around 44,000(LipkaForkosh, Baruch and
Meer2019) . This shows the quality and level of international exposure each students
experience which is priceless because it gives tremendous benefits to interact with multi culture
individuals.
Higher education in UK requires the basic learnings, the most important skills which requires the
command in English language. The skills for English Language is very imperative and
fundamental to ensure growth and success at international Multicultural Environment. Studying
in UK requires basic English speaking skills, the best opportunity the student can get is to
improve their English speaking skills at broad level and improve fluency in their
interaction(Matthews and et.al 2018). The Universities of UK offers different varieties of
English courses for different age groups which is comprised with different fun games, activity,
group discussion which helps the students improving their English speaking skills in an effective
manner. Generally, the students from different countries are offered English courses before
commencing their academic year in order to improve their English so that they can develop and
get familiar with the tongue of theirs. The said course is titled as foundation English course and
a pre-sessional course(Gkartzonikas and Gkritza2019).
Pursuing any academics or a degree in UK does not merely benefits in enhancing the skills or
knowledge, but the degree which is offered by the universities recognised on the global basis

which has a worth to explore many international career opportunities. The universities provides
the individuals with great academic records which helps them to place themselves at a good and
reputable position in any international organisation. The academics record from UK makes the
CV of an individual effective and compelling which contains the qualification from a globally
recognised university which shows International recognised degree.
Reflection
Why have I decided to study in UK
It is very common that the UK is the hub for most prestigious universities, especially for
higher education which enables the students to meet different benefits which helps them to make
growth in life and career. Therefore, I have decided to go ahead with my higher education in UK
University with the object to enhance my personality and knowledge which will help me in my
career growth at international platform. As my English speaking is poor because I lack in
confidence to interact with people. I am seriously looking forward to improve my deficiency in
speaking therefore I decided to to go UK for the better and productive learnings and I am very
sure that this decision will bring many positive changes in me.
CONCLUSION
The above essay has covered and highlighted the important aspects and benefits of
