expanding in a new destination i.e. UK. A project management plan is specified which will
includes aspects like scope, time, cost, risk, communication etc. Beside this, Gantt chart and
work break-down structure is also prepared. A small research is carried out with the help of
researching tools and methodologies. At last, recommendations are given along with reflection
on values of undertaking the research.
