Aim/Problem Statement:-
The main objective is to promote the project of the fashion industry which is really very
much famous at marketplace named as ZARA and this company is now shifting towards new
target or project that is “BFF-Be Free to fly”. However, the foremost aim of this project is to
encourage women’s towards unique items which make them feel free to enjoy their life
without any suffocation while wearing a dress. Basically, this project is aiming to promote
new trendy products at the marketplace which is really very much comfortable for females.
Section 3: Justification
ZARA is a well-known and successful organization which is really very much popular in the
global marketplace because of its product quality and availability of a large number of
options which automatically seek the attention of end users. Its main objective is to come up
with creative items in order to make this enterprise totally different from their competitors.
For example; a number of distinct projects are launched by an enterprise in various regions
such as; think different, be unique and many more. In fact, slogans of ZARA also highlight
its way of running a business and capture the mind of various consumers. Although, poor
people can't able to afford it but dream to have dresses of ZARA brand because this company
gets succeeded in establishing its strong brand image at the marketplace. Therefore, the main

motive of this assignment is to cover the actions and process that is followed by the company
for attaining the main objective of its project. At the same time, this entire project is helping
me in various ways such as; I can easily enhance my marketing knowledge by getting
involved in the promotional activities of an enterprise. Mainly, the company has to follow
various paths for achieving its main aim and target such as; need to get involved with end
users, requisite to conduct a marketing campaign for understanding the actual circumstances
of the market. Therefore, I can easily learn the various techniques which are used while
dealing with customers for promoting a selected product. For instance; project of “BFF”
supported me in gaining information about the technique of convincing consumers with the
help of several methods such as; social media, offline attractions and many more. Apart from
this, the project also aids me in acquiring relevant information about the market conditions
that are really beneficial for me while implementing any project as I can easily minimize the
probabilities of mistakes.
Section 4: Methods
I have chosen the project “BFF-Be Free to fly” because I wanted to try new things in my life
without taking the help of other colleagues in order to identify my weakness and drawbacks.
By getting engaged with new projects I came to know about the appropriate process of
implementing new assignments at the marketplace by understanding each and every aspect in
a proper manner. The main objective of this project is to understand the consumer demand as
well as current market standards which are required for implementing a new project with an
outstanding procedure. Thus I have selected a modern method of marketing pathway for
accomplishing this project in order to understand each and every aspect in a proper step as it
helps me in enhancing my knowledge. Along with this, I came to know about the actual
benefits of using a step-by-step approach which is really very much advantageous for me in
various terms. For example; improve my overall personality by dealing with various complex
situations, knowing the facts of life, clearing doubts about society and many more. Apart
from this, the usage of several methods is playing a crucial role in managing various business
operations because tools are helpful in overcoming hidden problems in a minimum time
frame.

implementing the new project at marketplace such as; Harvard style of referencing which is
very much beneficial in acquiring distinct information or data about the certain subject
matter. Apart from this, some online sources like articles, journals are also identified which
carries a number of information about project implementation. In fact, some scholars help in
understanding the method which might use for determining errors. These authors have played
a major role in clearing doubts which might be incurred while attaining aim and objective of
the set project.

What is a Learning Contract/Agreement/Plan?
It is a formal document that defines what is expected from you while working on the work
based project. The learning contract sets out the parameters for the task that you are expected
to undertake so as to meet the assessment criteria (learning outcomes). You would need to
focus on the elements given in the above proforma for learning and delineate the details in the
learning contract/plan and focus on the following key generic components:
 What are you going to learn?

 How are you going to learn it?
 What objectives are you going to set?
 What are the target date(s) for each activity and completion?
 How are you going to know that you have learned and achieved the set objectives?
 What evidence are you going to generate to prove that you have learned it?
This is your responsibility to tailor the above learning contract to the case study. You are
required to explicitly articulate what objectives you are going to set, what activities would be
undertaken, which sources of information or data need to be collected to ensure that the
learning outcomes are achieved. You would need to discuss and seek guidelines from
Tutors/supervisors. You would need to agree /negotiate the learning contract with your
Tutor/supervisor, include the signed copy of the learning contract in final submission and
submit it along with the portfolio. It is to ensure that transparent, feasible and verifiable set of
activities are established in the learning contract which enables you to meet the learning
outcomes of the Module and achieves the assessment criteria.
