Marketing strategy plays a vital role in the organization that helps the company to expand its
business in the existing as well as international market. It is one of the effective tools that are
used by the organization to grow and maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Berwick
Pty Ltd is one the childcare center that is planning to enter in the market f Australia to cover a
maximum number of consumers in an effective manner. It will provide its services to the women
who are in the job and cannot able to focus on their children properly. The service will be
provided for the whole day that will relieve the women to a certain extent. The main target
audience for the company will be working women or a single dad. The main competitor of
Berwick Pty Ltd is ASPEN. It is one of the existing as well as leading childcare in Australia. It
provided its services in an efficient manner and available at an approachable area that made them
competitive in the market to a certain extent. Therefore, Berwick Pty Ltd will provide other kin
of service with the daycare such as it will provide a playground for the children as well as
learning session will be provided to the children to develop their mind. Other than that, the
company will also provide its service from morning 8 AM to evening at 8 PM. It will be a
feasible time for the parents who have morning shifts. Proper food facilities will be provided to
the children according to the age group and other curriculum activities will be provided to the
children to make them feel happy. The proper friendly environment will be provided to them.
Furthermore, Berwick Pty Ltd is required to adopt effective promotional strategies to target its

Berwick Pty Ltd to make relief to the parents so that they can able to concentrate on their
more efficient and will continue for long-lasting with Berwick Pty Ltd (Hult and
Ketchen, 2017).
It is also an objective of the Berwick Pty Ltd to achieve simplicity by enhancing the
operational efficiency as well as enhance the productivity of the company to the certain
extent in an effective as well as in an efficient manner. Through such a process they can
able to satisfy its consumers in a more effective and efficient manner.
Enhancing the share in the market or covering the maximum number of consumers is one
of the main motives of Berwick Pty Ltd. It has an objective of the company to earn
maximum revenue form the first year by attracting the consumers towards its services to
