Diversity BHP Billiton in the company improves the workplaces of the company. The more
innovative changes were emerging in the company due to the diversity management and it was
found that in the company teams were also built in the diversified level (Cascio and Boudreau,
2016). The company BHP Billiton is taking employees from the different backgrounds which
have the different culture, gender, skills and experiences so that goals in the company can be
easily attained. The positive working environment has been seem in the BHP Billiton Company
as diversified management values the different individuals and helps in taking the effective
decisions in the company. The organizational culture in the company is the better aligned with
the diversity management and helps in interacting the employees with the diversified people.
Diversity management also addresses the certain issues in the company which helps in making
the decision at the effective way (Ordu, 2016).
Key issues for global comparative management
The company has the certain global comparative management issue which includes issues in the
organizational structure, corporate governance, corporate strategy, production system, etc. BHB
Billiton is facing the issue related to the organizational structure as they do not have the effective
organizational structure so it is creating the issue of the lack of the communication. The people
have the diversified people in the company BHB billion so it creates the issue of the not making
