a different part of the country. The demand for the professional nanny is growing as a

12. Conclusion
From the study, it has been carried out that establishment of nanny agency in Bhutan
the management will focus on needs and expectations of the working mother. The business
planning has provided detail information related to the mission and vision of the organization,
major services like online registration, training and development of nannies. Moreover, the
point of difference in services of Bhutan’s nanny will be related to privacy, mutual agreement
between client and nanny as well as consideration of culture and values of client family.
Furthermore, the business plan has provided information for growth and demand of services
of nannies in Bhutan as well as defined the structure of the agency. The management will
able to identify the critical success factors and issues by focusing on the SWOT analysis of
the company and able to make the changes in capital investment considering the financial
projections.
