I am working as a business analyst at Vietcombank Fund Management (“VCBF”), a joint venture between
Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (“Vietcombank”) and Franklin Templeton

Bibica Joint Stock Company is one of the leading confectionery manufacturing and trading companies in
Vietnam and has a very familiar brand name with consumers. Each year the company can supply to the
market more than 20,000 tons of confectionery of all kinds such as Tet cakes, hura cakes, cookies,
chocolates, moon cakes, hard candies, soft candies,… of which Hura, Goody, Orienko, Migita, Four

1. Political
