Introduction
Information technology is basically an online platform which is developed or
controlled by various advanced software, equipment's and various systems In today's time
technology are highly consumed by all categories of consumers for completing their work
fastly. Due to use of technology effectively activities of many organization are run in smooth
manner for delivering their product and services to customers in right time. The main purpose
of using information technology by organization is to develop, process, exchange, store and
retrieve various types of digital data and information effectively. The other reason for using
technology is to enhance the security and safety of the personal and confidential data of
business and common people. This report will cover characteristics and concept of big data
analysis, challenges of big data analysis (Africk and Levy, 2021). It also covers techniques
that are currently available to analyses the big data and how big data technology could
support the business. In any organization technology is a very essential aspect for employees
for doing their job effectively and also for producing positive result in any situation. In
today's time technology is consumed at higher rate in all customer segments and in
many organizations also. Because with help of technology customer easily access the
information from any location in low time.
What big data is and the characteristics of big data
Big data basically refer to information in large quantity which is stored by all types of
multinational companies for facilitating quality service to consumers in time. With help of
using effective storage system by organization activities of business are run in systematic
manner. It also helps to maintain the flow of the service between customers and employees in
long run. With help of maintaining big data in their systems interactions between human and
machines are effectively developed. The big data are basically divided in to five
characteristics which are described below -
Volume – According to the name big data name itself showing that it is huge in size which is
generated from various sources. It includes social media platforms, human interactions,
business processes and others (AlSelam, 2021). Therefore, due to generating high volume
data information technology plays the crucial role for removing unwanted waste from the
devices which are used by the business man. Device includes computers, laptops and others
and in these equipment's waste are generated in the form viruses.

Veracity – It means that heavy datas are stored in the system in various types which comes
under the category of unstructured, structured and semi structure and these information's are
collected from different sources which are mentioned above. In this stage unwanted
information are removed from database with help of using advanced equipment's within
organization. Therefore, with help of using updated and accurate information right product
are delivered to customers in right time.
Variety – It basically refer to using of different types of information with help of various
sources. According to the changing of time the sources are also get differentiated which
includes text files, audio file, PDF, photos and others. Due to using of variety of data
organization faced lot of problems of employees and also for storing the data systematically.
Due to using various sources workers faced difficulties for preparing report in time.
Value – It is defined as the using of valuable information for processing, storing and
analyzing the problems of customers effectively (Anikwue and Kabaso, 2021). Due to the use
of valuable information productivity and revenue of any organization are easily increased in
short period. Valuable information's are also essential for maintain good relation between
employee and employer for long time.
Velocity - Velocity plays essential role for developing the speed which is highly essential for
all categories of employees for completing the task in time. With help of using speed by
employees or machines for generating data, the demands, needs and desires of the customers
are easily fulfilled in time.
The challenges of big data analytics
In today's time due to facilitating wide range of products to customers organization
faced lot of challenges for analyzing information effectively which are described below -
 Lac of knowledge professionals – It means that in difficult situations such as covid
pandemic organization faced shortage of talented employees for analyzing the data or
use of data tools effectively. Such type of employees includes data engineer, data
analyst, data scientist etc. Due to these reasons it is necessary for all types of
organization that they must provide effective training to new and existing employees.
It leads to increase their knowledge for using different types of tools effectively in
aspect of analyzing various information in less time.
 Lack of proper understanding of massive data – It means due to using of huge
amount of data employees are not able to understand the real problems and wants of
customers. Due to the use of huge data employees are not able to know their roles and
responsibilities properly. The other problem which faced employees with in

organization is that due to using huge amount of data employees did not know that the
information is reliable or not which is provided by top level management. Therefore,
for solving this problem it is necessary for management that they must organize
various seminars and training programs for enhancing the productivity of employees.
 Integrated data from a spread of sources – Data is one type of information which
already defined in above information (Boeing, 2021). But in data various types of
sources are involved which includes e-mails, financial reports, presentations, and
customer logs which is created by employees. But the problem is that with help of all
these elements preparing report and sending services to customers is a challenging
task for employees. Therefore, for solving this problem it is necessary for firm that
they must effective tools for effective data integration in simplest way.
 Securing data – Facilitating to huge safety and security to huge amount of data is a
very challenging task for IT department. Because in this stage IT employees are
responsible for storing and protecting data from hackers and competitors. Therefore
for reducing this problem management must use talented and expert employees for
using the technology effectively. Because talented employees are highly essential for
developing strong safety firewall for protecting big data and also for identifying
mistakes from various file which is done by other employees.
The techniques that are currently available to analyse big
data
The techniques which is currently used by many organization for analysing the data
effectively are -
 A/B testing – It is a technique which is used by many organizations for compare the
groups by conducting variety of tests (Garcia-Arroyo and Osca, 2021). Then, after
conducting different type of tests changes are made in a group in the form of
improvement by the employees. Improvement includes maintaining effective format
in file, use of attractive images and others. All these elements are highly essential for
developing the e-commerce website in attractive manner and also for facilitating
reliable information to users in any time.

 Data fusion and data integration -It refers to the combination of many techniques
which is used by many organizations. The main advantage for using this method is
that informations are achieved in large number through various sources within low
time. The other advantage for using this technique is that the orders and instructions
by top level management are given to employees in time. It leads to maintain smooth
functioning of various departments in any organization for long time. In this way
productivity and work efficiency of employees are effectively increased at maximum
level. It is also helpful for delivering the services and products to customers in fast
manner.
 Data mining – It is a common technique which is used by all types of firm for
analyzing the big data (Kaffash, Nguyen and Zhu, 2021). Due to effective data mining
only reliable and useful content are shared between employees and employer for
fulfilling the responsibilities in time. Then, after the analysis of data, data will be
modifies in extracted manner which is essential for employees to understand that
which type of services are wanted by customers. It is also helpful for identify that in
which way positive relationship are maintained with consumers for long time.
 Machine language – It basically refers to the use of advanced technology in the form
of machine language and artificial intelligence for analyzing the data in fast manner.
In today's time due to the use of advanced equipment's information's are easily shared
in few minutes with customers at the time facilitating various types of services. Due
to the use of AI and machine language information's are easily accessible to
customers easily in any time with help of various devices. It includes laptop, desktop,
tablet, mobile phones and other devices. In this way communication with customers
are maintained effectively.

which area and department improvement are necessary. In any organization it is necessary for
management that they must facilitate various types of case studies to low level employees
because in this way their decision making ability are highly increased. Then, according to that
solutions are prepared by top level management for run their activities smoothly and also for
providing quality products to customers without any delay. Due to taking better decisions risk
in business are highly reduced in long term.
Thirdly, big data technology also helps to deliver services and products to
consumers in fast manner because quick delivery is a very important concept for any
organization. It with help of fast service positive communication are maintained with
customers for long time. For example if customer purchased any food product from any
company then, it is necessary for employees that they must deliver their product to them in 30
minutes. In this whole process fast transaction of money is highly important at the time
purchasing product. Due to this mostly organizations are used advanced equipment's and
advanced technology for maintaining safety in account transaction.
Fourthly, big data technology also helps generate income for employees at the time
of facilitating quality product to customers (Magableh and Al-Tarawneh, 2021). Because
with help of analyzing big data through technology always provides the correct product to
customers in time. Then in this way the rating for employees are effectively increased by the
customers. Due to high rating employees easily get extra incentives or commission by the
organization in long term. The other advantage for using big data with technology is that
performance and productivity of the employees are also increased in short period.
